Open NVIDIA Control Panel

 
 
Right click on your desktop, and then click NVIDIA Control panel
 
 
 

Go to Manage 3D settings

 
 
Left click Manage 3D settings
 
 
 

Go to Program Settings

 
 
Click on Program Settings, then click on the Add button
 
 
 

Add the Game

 
 
Click on Add Selected Program to Find Chaos;Head Noah
 
(It should be called Game and have the logo of the game)
 
 
 

Find and set the max frame rate to 60

 
 

 
 

 
 
Find the Max Frame Rate in Feature and turn it on. Cap the frame rate at 60.
 
Click OK to Apply

To fully enjoy the game, after you've done all of that, you should also download and install the Committee of Zero Steam Patch (later this month). It restores a lot of cut content and corrects many localization errors that were present in the original release.
