You can unlock most of the items by playing.

Defeat 10 Ocean melee enemies

Big Axe Cannon

Defeat 5 Ocean melee elite enemies

Big Triple Cannon

Destroy 5 Elite enemies in Heaven range

Big Long Cannon

5 Ocean-ranged elite enemies must be defeated

Deluxe Small Cannon

Defeat 100 Heaven crate enemies

Long Cannon

Destroy 20 enemies in the Ocean range

Mallet Cannon

Defeat Sir Enn

Small Cannon

Defeat 100 Ocean crate enemies

Small Shotgun Cannon

Defeat 50 Ocean crate elite enemies

Triple Cannon

Destroy 20 enemies at Heaven’s range
