  1. Before beginning assembly, ensure you have all the components as indicated in the diagram. If you do not have all seven parts, or the parts are defective, please get in touch with us at team(at)stellarjockeys(dot)com with your 4-digit order number and, where possible include pictures.
  2. Examine each of the seven pieces for any excess mold or pewter lines.
  3. Use a hobby knife or nail clippers with care to get rid of any excess pewter material.
  4. Use a needle file to remove the mold lines gently.
  5. To remove any excess mold, release powder or other particles, clean and dry the area using warm soapy water.
  6. Before proceeding, gather parts 1, 2, and 3 and review the diagram to ensure the proper orientation of each piece. Be sure to know which direction is facing forward for the third part.
  7. Open the superglue tube.
  8. On the other hand, while holding the Pelvic drive unit (part 3 ) in one hand, apply some superglue to the right-hand join.
  9. Insert the socket from the Right Drive Leg into the joint of the Pelvic Drive Unit.
  10. Keep the two pieces together for a minute to let the superglue dry.
  11. Insert the Left Drive Leg, part 2 (and the socket) into the joint.
  12. Keep the pieces together until the superglue has set.
  13. Put aside parts 1, 2, and 3 for now.
  14. Before proceeding, collect parts 4 and 5 before continuing. Check the diagram to determine the proper orientation.
  15. Ensure the Stowage Rack (5th part) can slide into the Upper Hull (4th part) and check where the parts are in contact.

While holding the Upper Hull (part 4 ) apply a small amount of superglue to the rear of the vehicle where the Stowage Rack will be in contact with. (part 5 ).

  16. Keep the pieces together until the superglue has set.
  17. Now that parts 4 and 5 are joined with parts 1, 2, and 3, you can combine them. Superglue the hull ring on the upper part on part 3 and put parts 4 and 5.
  18. Install the “Abbot” laser cannon (part 6) and the “Bully turret” cannon (part 7) into their respective sockets as shown on the diagram.
  19. If the weapon cannot fit in the socket because of excessive material or slight bending of the “tab” at the end, you can employ a hobby knife to scrape off the excess pewter. You could also apply a needle file to the “tab”. You can proceed to the next step after the weapons are placed in their sockets.
  20. Apply a small amount of superglue to the “tab” at the end of a weapon and then insert it into its socket.
  21. Keep the pieces together until the superglue has set.
