A guide on how to find all types of crystals.

 
 

Annite

 
Annite can be found together with Siderophylite in the snowy biome. They are located near a base like structure. Near the structure can be found a huge bridge. Inside of the structure you can find a robot like strucutre lying inside of the frozen lake.

Calcite

 
Calcite can be found together with Amphibole near the starter spawn location.

Kyanite

 
Kyanite can be found togetehr with Sapphire close by to the starter base location inside of a cave like structure.

Ruby

 
Ruby can be found in the desert biome. It is located close to a strucutre and lake.

Sapphire

 
Sapphire can be found togetehr with Kyanite close by to the starter base location inside of a cave like structure.

Map location

 
Since the minimap is still bugged your marker has to be on the spots marked here. In reality your location is different. Just walk your marker to the marked region. 
 
There could be more spawns for crystals. These are the ones that have already been found.
