What is the Galloglach Set
In Assassin’s Creed, Valhalla armor sets provide a unique look for your character Eivor and bring special and unique set bonuses if you equip more than one piece that belongs to the same set.
The Galloglach. It is part of the Wolf gear collection, and any Blue passives increasing Wolf gear from your Skill Tree will directly increase the stats of this set. This is a mid-tier armor set. You can, of course, level it up.
The Galloglach Set contains the following set bonuses:
- (2) Increase Melee Resistance when hitting enemies with finishers
- (5) Additional increase to Melee Damage
The brackets’ numbers show how many pieces of the set you need to equip to get the bonus perks. It doesn’t matter which armor pieces you slot as long as they belong to the same set.
When can you get the Galloglach Set in AC Valhalla?
All five pieces are available in England. Unlike the Hidden One’s Set, this one will take you to guarded areas, and you will either have to fight your way through or be clever with sneaking. You can get this armor set at around Power Level 85 or higher. You could do it at a lower level as well, but you will have to be extra cautious to avoid fights with overpowered foes.
When should you get the Galloglach Set in AC Valhalla?
It depends on your playstyle. You can get the set early on. Note that some of the areas are high level and heavily guarded. I managed to get through all of it at Power Level 97. If this set is your Eivor’s build needs, there is no need to delay getting it.

Where to Find the Galloglaich Armor Set
The Galloglaich Armor full set can be found by searching in Lincolnscire and Essexe. This armor is meant for the players who like to fight their enemies at close range BUT can still be used in different fighting styles.
This armor Galloglaich set has five pieces.
- Galloglach Cape
- Galloglach Helm
- Galloglach Bracers
- Galloglach Trousers
- Galloglach Armor
Below, we will talk about each piece that can be searched and found to get all set.
Galloglach Cape
To locate the Galloglach Cape, you need to head to the Brentwood Outpost in Essexe. You’ll need to search for small storage like a house with a chest inside. Use Odin’s Sight when inside to locate the key and utilize it to get inside the chest. Be warned, though; this Outpost has lots of enemies. I would certainly suggest leveling as much as a considerable level before thinking of going after this armor piece.
Galloglach Helm

Similarly, the Galloglach Helm can be found at the Halstead Outpost in Essexe. You’ll need to look for a metal drainage grate on the ground in the town. Use Odin’s Sight to reveal a lock that you can shoot with an arrow to open it up. Drop down, and you’ll find the Helm inside a chest.

Galloglach Bracers Location
The Galloglach Bracers can be found inside a chest in Lincolnscire, located in one of the town center buildings. There are also enemies here, but it is less fortified than the capes.

You will need to head to Bolingbroc Castle in Lincolnscireto find the Galloglach Trousers. These trousers can be found inside a chest in the castle’s second courtyard.
Galloglach Armor

Finally, the Galloglach Armor can be found in the Spalding Bandit Lair located in Lincolnscire. Once you have reached the town, look for a chest inside of a hut. It’ll be locked, so you’ll need to search for another way in. Luckily, you can use an underground passage near this hut to climb inside and gain access.
