The basics of the steps!

Click on the start button and run

Enter: %LocalAppData%

Navigate to folder: PunCity > Saved > Config > WindowsNoEditor

Open: GameUserSettings.ini

Change the 60 Search for to FrameRateLimit=60. whatever you want I’ve only used 144 so far and haven’t had any issues with the engine.

Make sure to use the same.ini for Vsync is off as well as bUseVsync=False.
