After 60 hours of playing, after resetting achievements and after founding my own industry, i can write a guide about achievements in this modificatiion (but the modification is not finished, perhaps new ones will appear in the future, they will soon be covered here).

Chose second dialog, after this, leave him and talk againg, after addition dialog leave him and talk again, after last dialog, he will run away to the mines. run after him the same path that you ran after the second note.
