Basics

These are the categories you should consider when optimizing your damage.

– Base damage

– Damage bonus

– Damage bonus against

Critical strikes

– Vulnerabilities

These categories are additive but multiply with each other.

Naturally, we want to make the most of them, not just one.

Base damage

It consists of damage rolls from your weapons and signums as well as your offensive attribute (Contempt and some passives or perks.

Damage bonus

This is the sum total of all damage bonuses applicable to your skills.

– Ranged/melee damage bonus

– AoE/single target damage bonus

– Physical/heat/warp damage bonus

– plain damage bonus

Damage bonus against

This is the total of all modifiers applied “damage bonus against”.

– damage bonus against debuffed

– Damage bonus against bleeding

– Damage bonus against stunned, slowed, or stunned

Critical strikes

This is your chance of landing a critical strike and how much bonus damage from critical strikes.

– Critical hit chance

– Critical hit strength

– Critical damage

Vulnerabilities

These are debuffs that you can apply to enemies to increase their damage.

– physical/heat/warp vulnerability

– general vulnerability

Berserk tokens

You can acquire Berserk tokens through many means. You can stack up to 100 at once.

They offer 5 suppression regen/sec and a 4% damage bonus.

You will lose one token every second until you have no more.

Some relic-enchants can be used to increase the bonuses provided by Berserk tokens. More information is available in the gear section.

Enrage tokens

Berserk tokens, which are enraged, can be obtained in many ways and can stack up to 20.

They offer an 8% damage bonus per token, and you can consume one token for every skill you use.

You can also increase the bonuses that berserk tokens offer by using relic enchants to your gear, just like with berserk tokens.

Attack speed

Animations are required for all attacks.

Animation speed locks are activated if your cooldown is less than the duration of the animation.

Animations are speeded up by attack speed.

Supreme stats

Many stats have both a soft and hard cap.

Supreme stats allow for you to exceed the soft cap to the hard cap.

Gear

Weapons first:

Blessed Blade & Rod is used in this build because its left click has the best combination of skill tags in the game, while the right click provides mobility as well as decent single target damage.

Onslaught is an AoE attack with wide cones that causes shock, general vulnerability, and slow bleeding.

Because we are always in melee, the heat aura psalm cod doctrine is an obvious choice. It provides free damage and on hit/crit procs.

The sockets remaining are filled with an Uncreator Psalm (better vulnerability) and a Shard of your choice.

Thunderbolt of Authority Chance was my choice because it does decent damage and has supreme movement speed.

The relic enchant is the best in the game. It far outweighs any bonuses you might get from archeotech and morality versions.

This enchant will almost always be active due to heat aura and AoE skills as our primary attack.

Lets talk token generation:

You will want an Eye of Insanity, a relic main Implant with +15 Berserk tokens on the massacre bonus.

This will give you up to 30 Berserk tokens for every killstreak bonus (, not just for a massacre).

You will notice that the main implant does not contain a psalm code doctrine. This is because the individual benefits from the psalms/shard far outweigh any 3 of the psalm doctrines.

The neural implant will be used to generate our anger tokens

You can skip the enrage token portion if you don’t have an Eye of Insanity roll +15 Berserk tokens for massacre bonus on your neural implants.

Additional bonuses can be added to your tokens:

I chose 2 signums that could provide a +5% damage bonus per Berserk token, which would bring the damage bonus to 4% to 14% per token.

To increase our survivability, the inoculator has a 20HP regen per second for each berserk token.

Also, you want to use as many yellow components as possible.

Your inoculator should not be used for healing due to the HP regen or life drain.

The sororitas also gain +75% duration of yellow components from the attribute point (, see attribute section) to make it even more.

A flat damage bonus is my recommendation, as we are already critting all the time, have movement speed caped and have animation speeds locked on our cooldown decrease.

While in an enrage state (, at least one) enrage token is required. Purity seal with fear aura

Fear can cause more suppression damage to the enemies affected and more synergies with passives.

If you have access to Harbinger of Judgement (Season 5, I highly recommend it for the belt.

I chose this banner to do the heroic act (recover HP from banners)).

You can choose the belt item that you prefer.

If you don’t have a Harbinger of Judgement to hand, choose your preferred belt item and roll the fear aura.

Roll HP regen per Berserk token instead.

Only the armour is left:

This answers the question of which morality to choose.

Hint: PURITAN!! BURN THE HERETICS

End game is dominated by enemy DoTs.

It is quite obvious to choose an armour option that eliminates this thread.

Acts of Faith and Sacred Rites, and Saintly Deeds

Acts of Faith

These will be available in at least two slots.

Expurgation Sweep

It would be best if you gathered all your enemies to take them apart at once.

Also, +15% the supreme speed of movement.

This is the best build.

Ardent Onslaught

This is only for the passive bonus.

Attack speed is important when you have a good amount of cooldown reduction.

Bolts of Retribution

If you have a holy censer in the belt slot, it is a good option for an early game or third act.

This is mainly due to the passive effect, which allows you to stack vulnerabilities quicker.

Sacred Rites

Burning Devotion

It does more damage than we need, and it is not a saint form.

Although we don’t really require the embodied saint form, I recommend these saintly deeds.

Blessed Bolts

Shotguns fire a burst shot.

Excellent AoE clear with built-in crowd control.

Righteous Judgement

Insane boss killer.

If you want something really bad to disappear quickly.

Celestial Contempt

AoE vulnerability.

Passives

Warfare

Early on, get the AoE boost for melee skill.

It is also nice to have the ability to do damage to feared enemies.

Melee Combat

This is the main takeaway, but the damage against slowed and stunned, stunned, and crit is also very important.

Area Effects

Nearly all of our damage (Onslaught or heat aura) comes from AoE skills, so this is the obvious choice.

This tree will be used so many times that you will need to apply debuffs. The keystone is extremely effective.

This keystone will maximize your defensive stats. It also provides one-shot protection.

Physical Attacks

Damage bonus for Onslaught, bleeding damage bonus and other debuffs available.

Critical Hits

The keystone, while we don’t really require the critical chance is a worthwhile pick.

The critical strength and 1% maximum HP on crit are also pretty good.

Movement

We will do everything to reduce the cooldown.

Rest

You should always have five points to spend on whatever you want.

Go for it.

Perks

Mandatory

Stride for the Blessed

We want to move quickly.

We must close the gap between us, the enemy as quickly as possible.

A 30% speed increase in movement efficiency is a big help.

Blinded enemies can cause more debuffs and more survivability.

Contempt

Suppression damage and attack speed are good milestones, but each point increases base damage.

Resolve

These milestones are very nice.

All resist 5%

Kill: Maximum HP 1%

15% protection drain

The third milestone does not include the embodied saint portion.

Passion

Milestones 3 & 5 are the big ones.

Maximum movement speed of 10% and 5% speed of movement

Yellow inoculator components have a 75% longer life expectancy
