On your folder browser, search for the Engine.ini file.
User/Appdata/Local/DakkaGame/Saved/Config/WindowsNoEditor/Engine.ini
Open it with the Windows Notepad like a .txt file. Then add
[Internationalization]at the end of the file. Save with Ctrl+S.
Culture=en
Your game is now in English!
