The Parazon is a passive & offensive Assassination & Utility tool that is acquired upon the completion of the games tutorial and instantly available upon login for those who return to the game who missed its introduction.

You can access the Parazon’s Modification screen via the Arsenal. It much like weapons, Warframes etc. can be upgraded through unique mods that can be placed into its 3 mod slots. The Parazon can also be visually customised with any owned colour palettes and skins via the Arsenal.

Functionality

The Parazon’s primary function is to hack in game terminals but it is also used to execute enemy units when they are below the health threshold, these executions are titled Mercy Finishers and are indicated by the unique identifier shown above.

While its hacking function is only visual with a few unique animations, you can also place mods into its aforementioned three mod slots to improve its functionality while providing a range of added effects.

Hacking Mods & Where to farm them

The Parazon has a number of mods that provide bonuses specifically upon hacking a terminal while providing a range of added effects. These mods are displayed below alongside how to acquire them.

Intruder
+8 Seconds to Hacking Time
Intruder has a 3% Drop Chance from the following units within The Void & Relic Opening missions.

  • Corrupted Nullifier
  • Corrupted Heavy Gunner
  • Corrupted Bombard

Mastery Key
Mastery Key will unlock 5 lockers that are within 20 metres of the player after a successful hack.
Mastery Key has a 10% Reward Chance from Spy Missions once you successfully hack all three spy vaults at the following locations.

  • Suisei on Mercury
  • Unda on Venus
  • Cambria on Earth
  • Arval on Mars
  • Hapke on Ceres
  • Shklovsky on Phobos

Live Wire upon a successful hack, shocks any enemy within 20 metres.
Live Wire has a 9.09% Reward Chance from Spy Missions once you successfully hack a single spy vaults at the following locations.

  • Bode on Ceres
  • Valac on Europa

Auto Breach
Auto Breach has a 30% to auto complete a hack.
Auto Breach has a 7.04% Reward Chance from Spy Missions once you successfully hack all three spy vaults at the following locations.

  • Rosalind on Uranus
  • Nereid on Neptune
  • Oceanum on Pluto
  • Kappa on Sedna

Runtime
Runtime has a 75% chance to increase your sprint speed for 15 seconds after a successful hack.
Runtime has a 7.04% Reward Chance from Spy Missions once you successfully hack all three spy vaults at the following location.

  • Pago on Kuva Fortress

Untraceable
Untraceable will make you invisible for 15 seconds after a successful hack.
Untraceable has a 7.04% Reward Chance from Spy Missions once you successfully hack all three spy vaults at the following location.

Failsafe
Failsafe has a 50% chance to the terminal again without removal, if your first attempt failed.

Finisher Mods & Where to farm them

The Parazon has a number of mods that provide bonuses specifically upon executing a Mercy Finisher Kill. These mods are displayed below alongside how to acquire them.

Blood for Ammo refills primary and secondary magazines completely upon mercy kill.
Blood for Ammo has a 77.4% Drop Chance from the following unit.

  • The Phorid – Infested Boss – Infested Invasion

Blood for Energy has a 50% chance to grant an energy orb upon mercy kill.
Blood for Energy has a 2.01% drop chance from the following unit.

Out of Sight casts a Radial Blind upon mercy kill that blinds enemies within 18 metres.
Out of Sight has a 8.33% drop chance from the following unit.

Requiem Mods/Relics & Where to Farm Them

The Parazon has three extra slots available upon the completion of the War Within, however these slots cannot be filled by any of the above mods, instead these slots can only hold Requiem Mods.

The Current Requiem Mods are Fass, Jahu, Khra, Lohk, Netra, Ris, Vome & Xata.

Requiem Mods are required to take down or convert a Kuva Lich and their placement within these three slots will determine if a mercy finisher is possible when in Combat with your Lich Boss.

Once a successful combination of Requiem Mods has been used to take down or convert a Kuva lich it will lose one of its three charges. The amount of charges each mod currently has is indicated by the red circles.

Requiem Mods can be acquired from Requiem Relics. Each Requiem Relic can be acquired from the following units & locations.

  • Kuva Flood Missions – Guaranteed Mission Reward
  • Kuva Siphon Missions – 50% Drop Chance
  • Kuva Lich Thralls – 5% Drop Chance

Requiem Relics are opened by completing the Requiem Fissure Mission (T5) on Rotation at the Kuva Fortress. Each Relic contains 2 Requiem Mods and a number of items/resources.

  • Requiem II – Jahu & Vome
  • Requiem III – Fass & Ris
  • Requiem IV – Khra & Netra
