How to fix the game (At least for me will edit in others ways to fix it)

 
 

Stopped on this screen?

 
My simple solution was to reinstall the game! 
-Step 1 : Open steam 
-Step 2 : Right click game -> Manage -> Uninstall 
-Step 3 : Reinstall and the game should stop having the infinite load time
