Titan Quest Anniversary Edition – Berserker Build: Dual Wielding God(dess) of Thunder

General

Berserker is a melee cla*s with Warfare main and Rune as second specialty. Strength is the main stat, followed by health and dexterity. 
 
I recommend putting most of the points into strength. You can choose how many points you want to spend on health and dexterity by your health pool and item dexterity requirements. 
 
I reached level 48 on normal difficulty, played Ragnarok then Atlantis by creating an accomplished hero. Below you can see my character’s final stats. 
 
 
This berserker build allows you to hack and slash everything in your path focus on dual wield skills on Warfare tree. Thunder Strike and Unleash will be the core skills from Rune tree that will let you clear waves with a crushing sound of thunder. Below you’ll find the Skill List and my tqcalculator link:

Warfare Skill Tree

Dual wield path allows you to attack many enemies at once with two weapons of choice and varying forms of moves. You can quickly switch to dual thrown weapons to pierce enemies while positioning yourself away from a boss or crowded monster group to chunk some health potions. I recommend maximizing all dual wield skills as you get higher levels. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Onslaught auto attack builds great momentum as you keep fighting and opens Ignore Pain skill which is an essential defensive pick. Follow up with picking Dodge Attacks to improve your defense. 
 
 
I put 1 point in Battle Standard to make use of mastery bonus and damage absorpion. It is especially useful when surrounded by great number of enemies. 
 
 
 
 

Rune Skill Tree

 
 
 
Thunder Strike and its improvement Unleash synergize amazingly well with dual wield. Thunder Strike chain electrocutes your enemies in a forgiving arc of 250 degrees in front of you. It works both with melee and thrown weapons. Sound of thunder crushing with this skill is absolute insanity of satisfaction! 
 
 
Rune of Life is the main buff from Rune tree. Keep it on at all times! 
 
 
Runeword Feather adds to your offensive ability and allows you to use high str weapons earlier. 
 
 
Reckless Offense is the late game choice in Rune tree. It adds a new attack animation to your dual wield set with +100% damage. 
 
 
 
 

Closure

I’ve played Titanquest when it was first released. I got a chance to finish the storyline with Anniversary Edition, and wanted to make a personal record by creating a Viking sauced casual guide after finishing Atlantis. 
 
I loved the main story and Ragnarok, but Atlantis story was a little too short. I would be happy if they created more content for this game, but not exactly keeping my hopes.
