Achievements

• Leave it until tomorrow – Play 5 in-game years without any investments. Savings accounts and education appear to count as an investments for this achievement, as does declining to purchase an asset by putting it up for auction. I got this one to trigger by playing for 5 years while declining absolutely everything, expenses included, which was likely overkill but got the job done.
