Wealth redistribution 1, 2, 3 and 4
Steal items worth 5 000, 20 000, 50 000, 100 000. This achievement is not that complicated. If you keep progressing throughout the game it will come naturally. For me the best stolen items for grinding money are small expensive items: like watches, jewelry and antique pieces (because they are easier to steal than Tvs or paintings). Cars are also a good way to get cash.
I’d say that your best bet to get the most bang for your buck is to sell all the items you possibly can in BlackBay. The items that can be sold in the site have a small green star near the estimated price.
You can sell the remaining items in the The Rednecks’s Junkyard (remaining pieces of the cars dismounted) and in The Russian Bro’s Pawn Shop.
Regular missions are also a go to.
Car enthusiast 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5
1 – Steal Bolthorn 86 Classic – Greenview St 104
2 – Steal Aisan Cougar (alarm) – Greenview St 101
3 – Steal Bolthorn Family MkVm (alarm) – Richie R. St 201
4 – Steal Vulcan Spectre (key cloner) – Richie R. St 205
5 – Steal Kubra GTS (key cloner) – Richie R. St 207
Debt free man
In order to get fired you have to keep progressing in the story until Vinny asks you to do a final job, which is to replace a painting and steal the original. This mission takes place in Richie R. St 208. After the job is done you will receive the achievement.
Nice throw man
Break a window with a brick. You can find bricks between 107 and 108 in Greenview St. You press E to pick them up and to throw them as well.
Egg hunt
Find 5 Faberge Egg replicas in Richie R. It doesn’t matter the order in which you collect them. The eggs aren’t visible because I already collected them, but the screenshots show clearly where they are. There are 2 of them in 207:
- Kitchen (first floor)
- Bedroom (second floor)
There are 2 more in 208:
- Garage (first floor)
- Painting room (second floor)
The last one is in 205:
- Antique book room (second floor)
A what?
Buy a cloaking device on ng+. The cloacking device is a small ball-like device that turns you invisible. Once you finish the game, credits will roll and you will be able to start a new game in New Game + mode. In this mode there are no story missions and tenants’ habits change. In BlackBay you will find the device by the price of 150 000.
The device may seem too expensive but it is really worth it. It will make the other achievements easier. Tenants, police and guards will still detect you by the noise but they aren’t able to catch you even if they are standing next to you.
Forking workflow and Skid mark
Steal the forklift and steal the skid loader. Both can be found at Industrial St 305. For me, the easier way to get inside the facility is to park the car or the van close to one side of the fence and jump over it.
Then you have inside the Forklift. The easiest way to escape with it is though the main gate, so make sure you open it first with your hacker laptop (or manually if you a pro like me)

Steal 5 construction yellow boxes:
First floor of the buildind
Second floor
Third floor
Outside (in front of the main gate)
Reverse Santa
Sell all presents on BlackBay. All the presents can be found in all the houses in Greenview St and Richie R. St. You can unlock them changing the date in your computer to 1st January (for example). Then all you have to do is to go to every house and collect them. If you have the van it will be easier since you will have space for bigger presents (oh yes there are big ones, it sucks I know).
Dude, where’s my sleigh?
Steal santa sleigh car. As for the presents achievement you have to have changed your computer’s date for this to work. The Santa’s car can be found in Industrial St 307 to the right of the main gate. You’re a thief so you know the rest. You’ll find it here:
Toys for greedy boys
Steal 6 big toy boxes. There are 6 toy boxes that you can find in Industrial St 307. If I’m not mistaken you have 2 of them in the first warehouse, 2 in the second warehouse and 1 in a red container.
Creepy
Steal and sell 4 creepy dolls on BlackBay. You have to change the date of your computer to 31st October for this to work. You can Find all the dolls in the Haunted House 306 (Industrial St). You have 2 dolls in the first floor:
In the garage there’s one. You have to wait until a laugh track comes to an end to take the doll.
In a chamber next to the garage you can find the second doll but the way
Halloween is here
Steal and sell 7 pumpkins on BlackBay. Still the date thing you already know, bla bla… I don’t quite remember the exact houses where the pumpkins are… but I know where you can find them. They can always be found in the exterior of the houses.
1 of them will be in the roof of the Haunted House (Industrial St 306). The other 6 will be found in Greenview St only!
Like candy from a baby
Steal and sell 8 candy bags on BlackBay. You will find them exclusively in Greenview St. They are in almost every house, so I’ll let you have the fun of finding them by yourself (I’m an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, boomer).
Sneaky sneak
Finish 10 S rank thefts without beeing seen. It’s not that hard, with this guide you won’t be able to have less than S ranks.
Who needs dishes
Break 10 dishes (from now on the achievemnts are pretty self-explanatory).
Plumbing expert
Break 10 toilets.
Crazy about cars
Steal 5 cars. This one should unlock once you’ve done all the car enthusiasts achievements.
All Toasters Toast Toast
Steal 10 toasters.
Console gamer
Steal 5 consoles.
Art connoisseur
Steal 10 paintings. I would advise you to get the van first, it will make your life a lot easier.
Hackerman
Disable 10 control panels. Hacker laptop will be your best wingman.
Fresh air
Break 10 windows. Just go in a rampage destroying windows, you won’t pay for it so it’s fine.
Too much television is bad for you
Steal 5 TVs.
