Crossroads Guide

 

Junction O5

 

1. Turn northward.
 ► Proceed to Junction O6.

2. Continue eastward.
 ► Proceed to Training Hall.

 

Junction O6

 

1. Investigate the hideous din.
 ► Proceed to Unkempt Room.

2. Continue on up the pa*sageway.
 ► Proceed to Junction O7.

 

Unkempt Room

 

1. Pull out your weapon and leap forwards at them!
 • Fight the DRUNKEN ORCS! (Drunk Orc x2)
 a. Open the box.
 • Gain Dragonfire Spell.
 ✿ Illiterate Attribute:
 • Gain no reward instead.
 b. Leave it behind and leave the room.
 ► Proceed to Junction O8.

2. Slam the door quickly and run on up the pa*sage.

✿ Lunika Ekaadi: Shout at the Orcs.
 ► Go to option 1 but avoid the fight.

✿ Arran Gottspeed: Speak to the Orcs.
 ► Go to option 1 but avoid the fight.

✿ Wanushu: Speak to the Orcs.

✿ Krea Datura: Throw a Sleep Bomb at the Orcs.
 • Requires and uses Sleep Bomb.
 ► Go to option 1 but avoid the fight.

✿ Hannabella Dehab: Bribe the Orcs with 3 Gold Pieces.
 • -3 GOLD PIECES!
► Proceed to Junction O8.

✿ Ellion G'Aarak: Ask to join them.
 ► Go to option 1 but avoid the fight.

✿ Alexandra of Blacksand | Ellion G'Aarak | Lin Wen-Wu: Question the Orcs.

✿ Fearsome Attribute: Knock their drinks off the table.
 ► Go to option 1.

► Proceed to Junction O7.

 

Junction O7

 

1. Keep heading north.
 ► Proceed to Junction O9.

2. Follow the new pa*sageway to the southeast.
 ► Proceed to Training Hall.

 

Junction O8

 

1. Leave by the flight of steps in the corner of the room.
 ► Proceed to High-Ranking Room (South). 

2. Leave through the door you entered by.
 ► Proceed to Junction O7.

 

High-Ranking Room (South)

 

1. Attack them both!

2. Spring at the Chieftain and hope his servant will aid you.
 a. Escape quickly through the nearest door.
 ► Proceed to Junction O11.
 • Note: you will have a choice at Junction O9 but both choices lead to Junction O11.
 b. Continue the fight!
 ✿ Krea Datura: Hurl a Sleep Bomb at the Orcs!

3. Attempt to leave the chamber without engaging in combat.

✿ Fearsome Attribute: Threaten the pair of Orcs.

► Proceed to Master and Servant.

 

Training Hall

 

1. Creep to the iron gateway to the north.
 ► Proceed to Iron Gate.

2. Sneak to the doors at the east end of the chamber.
 ► Proceed to Stay in the Shadows.

3. Burst into the room and take on all of the Orcs with overwhelming odds!
 ► Return to this list but the text for this option has been changed to "Take on all the Orcs!"
 ► If you choose this option again, proceed to Bravery or Foolishness.

4. Go back the way you came and choose the other path.
 ► If you came from Junction O5, proceed to Junction O6.
 ► If you came from Junction O7, proceed to Junction O9.

 

Iron Gate

 

• Fight the QUINTAINS! (Quintain x2)
 ✿ Keen Eye Attribute:
 • +2 GOLD PIECES!

1. Leave the Orcs' Training Hall entirely.
 ► Proceed to Junction O9.

2. Try to reach the eastern end of the hall without being spotted.
 ► Proceed to Eastern End.

 

Stay in the Shadows

 

Dexterous Attribute:
 ► Go to option a.

• Test Your Skill:
 a. ✔ Pa*s: You sneak past the Orcs!
 ► Proceed to Eastern End.
 b. ✘ Fail: You are spotted!
 1. Stand and fight!
 ► Proceed to Bravery or Foolishness.
 2. Surrender.
 • -5 STAMINA!
• Fight the ORC GUARDS! (Orc Guard x2)
 ► Proceed to Dungeon Chamber but option 1 is not available.

 

Bravery or Foolishness

 

• Fight the ORCS! (Orc A x2, Orc Ranger x2; Orc A x1 on the second and fifth turns; Orc Guard x1 on the eighth turn)

• Fight the ORCS! (Orc Armourer x1, Goblin x2)

1. Investigate the iron gateway to the north.
 ► Proceed to Iron Gate.

2. Head to the eastern end of the hall.
 ► Proceed to Eastern End.

3. Leave the Orcs' Training Hall entirely.
 ► Proceed to Junction O9.

 

Eastern End

 

• Note: option 3 and 4 are only available if you came from Crude Forge or Cramped Armory.

1. Open the door with the battered shield. | Open the left-hand door with the shield.
 ► Proceed to Crude Forge.

2. Open the door with the helmet hanging from it. | Open the right-hand door with the helmet.
 ► Proceed to Cramped Armory.

3. Leave the Training Hall.
 ► If you came from Junction O5, proceed to Junction O6.
 ► If you came from Junction O7, proceed to Junction O9.

4. Investigate the gateway to the north.
 ► Proceed to Iron Gate.

✿ If you chose option 1 first in Training Hall then visited both Crude Forge and Cramped Armory (in any order) but did not acquire the Orc Disguise:
 a. Stand and fight!
 • Fight the ORCS! (Orc A x2, Orc Ranger x2; Orc A x1 on the second and fifth turns; Orc Guard x1 on the eighth turn)
 ✿ Ellion G'Aarak:
 • Fight the ORCS! (Orc Armourer x1, Goblin x2)
 1. Investigate the iron gateway to the north.
 ► Return to this list.
 2. Head to the eastern end of the hall.
 ► Return to Eastern End.
 3. Leave the Orcs' Training Hall entirely.
 ► Proceed to Junction O9.
 b. Surrender.
 • -5 STAMINA!
• Fight the ORC GUARDS! (Orc Guard x2)
 ► Proceed to Dungeon Chamber but option 1 is not available.
 ✿ Orc Disguise:
 ► Return to Eastern End.

 

Crude Forge

 

1. Face the Armorer.
 ✿ Ellion G'Aarak | Orc Disguise:
 1. Do as the Orc Armorer says.
 2. Attack the Armorer while his guard is down.
 ► Go to option 1a.
 ✿ Ellion G'Aarak: Ask about Grishak.
 ► Go to option 1a.
 a. Fight the ORC ARMORER! (Orc Armourer x1, Goblin x2)
 • Note: this fight is skipped if you already fought the Orc Armourer by choosing option 3 twice in Training Hall.
 • Fearsome Attribute:
 • Avoid the fight.
 • +12 GOLD PIECES!Dekion Strom: Ask the whereabouts of Rotgut.
 ► Go to option 1a.

✿ Krea Datura: Throw a Sleep Bomb at the Armorer.
 • Requires and uses Sleep Bomb.
 ► Go to option 1a.

✿ Alfina Skyrider: Ask the whereabouts of Malacandrus.
 ► Go to option 1a.

► Return to Eastern End.

 

Cramped Armory

 

1. Disguise yourself as an Orc.
 ✿ Gilfane | Ellion G'Aarak | Oversized Attribute:
 • This option is not available.
 • Note: this option is not available if you chose option 3 in Training Hall.
 • -1 SKILL!
• Gain Orc Disguise.

2. Leave the Orc armor behind.

► Return to Eastern End.

 

Junction O9

 

1. Follow it west.
 ► Proceed to Junction O10.

2. Take the east path.
 ► Proceed to Junction O11.

 

Junction O10

 

1. Open the door and investigate.
 ► Proceed to High-Ranking Room (North).

2. Ignore it and turn back.
 ► Proceed to Junction O11.
