The Crew 2 – How to be invisible guide!

If you have controller

 
If you play The Crew 2 with a controller, this will be relatively easy. First, make sure you have at least one favorite vehicle. If you are driving your favorite vehicle, then it will need at least two favorite vehicles. (This is best done with three favorites.) Simply activate the quick switch menu (R3 for controllers – if you don’t know what R3 is, it’s pushing the right stick in until you hear a click), then use the right stick to select one of your favorites, then go to select a different one before the change occurs. If done right, you won’t change vehicles and your vehicle will be invisible. Do be careful however, as changing too late will actually swap your current vehicle, and changing too early will make it harder to pull off. Obviously, you will also want to drive, so there’s the multitasking part. Other than that, you’re set! 
 
 

If you have a keyboard

 
If you are playing The Crew 2 with a keyboard, stop playing it with a keyboard then it may be harder for you. You just have to hold 1, 2, or 3 instead of right stick, and if you didn’t rebind the keys for driving, you’ll also have to use WASD to drive. Racing games are hard to play on keyboard, and this is no exception. If you refuse to use a controller or if you are broke and can’t get one, then that’s your decision (unless you are broke), but if you played racing games with only keyboards, then I don’t know what to say. 
 
 

If you (for some reason) play The Crew 2 with the Steam Remote Play

 
If you are currently using Steam Remote Play to play The Crew 2, stop. It won’t work, and if you managed to make it work you have my respect. Seriously though, I’ve tried – and I can’t even step on the gas, much less leave the house. (Or the pause screen.) Do me a favor, and go out and buy a keyboard or a controller. It doesn’t matter for all I care, just get one of those two.
