You can quickly simplify things using any software or programming skills.

Walkthrough

1. Go to C:\Program Files (x86 – \Steam\steamapps\common\Terra Invicta\TerraInvicta_Data\StreamingAssets\Templates\TIFactionTemplate.json. It can be opened using any text editor such as Notepad.

2. Scroll down to the “baseAnnualIncomes” section to find the faction you wish to play next. Below that should be “startingResources”. As you would expect, these are the faction’s base income and starting resources.

3. These are the current trends.

4. These numbers can be edited to make them higher.

5. If you have edited starting resources), you can start a new save file or load an existing one (if baseAnnualIncomes is).

Congratulations! You are now wealthy! Like Earth’s protectors/guiders/overlords/whatever should be. Enjoy a simpler game.

Before you start your next game, edit the values back to the original. This is an option unless you don’t want to make it more difficult for yourself. To reset the values, you could verify the game files via Steam.

Although I haven’t looked through all of the.jsons, there are likely other valuable things that I can edit. The TIFactionTemplate also contains the AI’s decision-making weights. You could edit that to make them stop doing a particular activity.
