Status: Unique

Deneb is the most difficult character to recruit in the game. Read the Warren Report’s Talk topic, “Deneb’s Emporium,” in Chapter 4. This will allow her to open her shop, which moves from town to town depending on the day.

To hire Vasque as a Witch, you must first unlock her. Begin the Palace of the Dead sidequest to do so. Continue fighting until the battle is won.
You can then purchase 5 elemental orbs from her shop. Unfortunately, these elemental orbs cannot be purchased by bidding on dragons of each type. After you have done this, she will speak to you. Answer her “No.”

Let’s hear it,” She will join you as a guest to chase the Punkin. You will need to fight Punkin, a Wicce, in Vasque. A host of Pumpkinhead Familiars accompanies him. Keep Deneb alive and defeat Punkin. Deneb will place Punkin in charge of her shop and allow Punkin to join your army.

Before purchasing the final elemental orbs, you must first sell Deneb 30 Glass Pumpkins. This will enable her to begin her side quest. She will transform into a Witch when she joins your party as a guest. She will, however, become a Witch once she joins permanently.
Will be a Wicce, which is the same as Punkin. Glass pumpkins are rare drops from Familiars within the Palace of the Dead. To harvest them, you must repeatedly kill two Familiars on the Palace of the Dead B1(. See the FAQ section for more information). Comments: Deneb, a Wicce, is perhaps the most powerful attack magician in the game. Even more than Catiua’s Dark Priest. Magic Time! Stirring Kiss and Magic Time is useful to increase Deneb’s magic damage and keep her safe from enemies. Deneb is a Witch and is very skilled. However, she is not as strong as a Wicce (, who can do almost everything a Witch can, but more). You can make her a Fire-elemental Shaman (() if you don’t have Cerya) or she wasn’t given to you as a Wicce.

Remember that Wicce’s Marks can be very expensive (5000, and you can only purchase one from Punkin before recruiting Iuria (. Punkin then stocks as many as they can afford).
