How to get the achievement

The TV in question is any CPU node. they hang from ceilings, bear the face of SHODAN, and are to be shot to knock them down and lower security.

basic system shock.

while you could wait for an enemy to walk under the screen and shoot it, you can get this achievement even easier.

the achievement triggers if the monitor kills the player.

that’s right.

you can drop it on yourself and get the achievement.

this works as of launch, and I’m honestly sad I had to be the one to discover this.
