This is an optimized step-by-step walkthrough of the game.
Main Menu
Note: No achievements are missable in this game, as it features a level selection. This guide was ordered per level so you can easily do a clean-up if you’ve missed anything during your first playthrough.
After you select the language, idle for 10 minutes in Main Menu.
- What are you waiting for!
- This achievement has no description.
Level 1
- Pioneer camp “Yunost”
- Welcome to the pioneer camp.
Go to the corridor on the right, and interact with the metal cans. Return to the starting area, next to your backpack. Crouch on ‘C’, and interact with the side pocket.
You’ll pick up a tin can. Also, take the dictionary and the camcorder from the chair.
Place the tin can where the metal cans were.
- And stew is not a pity
- You have fed the cats.
Press F to activate the night-vision, and look inside the lockers at the start of this corridor.
You’ll find a doll there. Examine it.
- Painted Doll
- Russian wooden toy.
Go to the main room, towards your backpack. You’ll hear a loud sound coming from the metal cans. Go back there, and pick up the candles from the floor.
When you return to the main room, you’ll automatically place the candles down.
You’ll find the lighter in the bathroom, take down the three planks to get inside.
Light the candles, and place your sleeping bag next to it.
Level 2
- Not up to sleep
- The first night in the camp came.
You’ll wake up during the night. Roam through the bathroom and the corridor on the right several times until you find yourself locked up.
Go back and forth until a flash happens on your camcorder.
You’ll hear a phone ringing, and the door to the main room will now be unlocked. Go there.
You’ll see a little girl near your candles. Approach her.
- An uninvited guest
- You were hit on the head.
Level 3
- The next morning…
- Did you wake up after the impact.
After you wake up, go outside the room and to the left. At the end of the corridor, you’ll find 3 items. Pick up your dictionary, the letter, and your camcorder.
You can now break the planks from the room you’ve passed earlier.
Go inside it.
Try to leave the room 4 times.

Just as you’re leaving, look to the left and you will see a picture on the cabinet door.
Examine it.
- «Yunost»
- Have you found a photo of the camp.
Go back inside the previous room, and interact with the light switch from the left wall.
The fuse is located inside a box on the bottom of the bunk bed.
Take the box with you in the main room, and insert the fuse inside the fuse box.
Now go back to the room with the light switch and turn it on.
Return to the main room and go to sleep.
Level 4
- There is no place for strangers
- The second night in the camp came.
Pick up your camcorder.
Go to the corridor on the right, and open the door where the music comes from. Advance inside the room until you find a radio. Turn it off.
Leave the room and go inside the one straight in front of you. You’ll find a locked box at the end, interact with it.
Leave the room, the bulb above the door will break.
Go to the main room and pick up a spare bulb from the box.
Note: You might have to Crouch.
Insert the spare bulb at the door.
You’ll hear a sound coming from the bathroom, go there.
(Warning: There’s a nasty jumpscare in the next sequence.)
You’ll find a box near the window. Examine it.
Look up.
Get out of the room, you’ll see a strange shadow in the distance. Approach it.
Now go to the corridor, and through the left door. Go to the other end of the bunk bed.
You’ll hear the door closing. Go and open it.
Now the door on the right will be unlocked. Go inside.
Straight ahead, next to the window (middle of the room) you’ll find a key sitting on the table. Pick it up.
Return to the previous room and unlock the box.
You’ll find a diary. This ends the level.
Level 5
- The real killer
- Have you read the director’s story.
Pick up the flashlight from the table in front of you.
Go outside the classroom and try to open the door located in the middle.
Go back inside the classroom and you’ll now see an unlocked desk. Examine it.
Go outside towards the music, you’ll find a key inside the music box.
Go back inside the classroom, to the teacher’s table, interact with the chair, and open the safe.
- A life story
- You’ve found the evidence.
Take the sleeping gas. Go outside and put it at the middle door.
Go back inside the classroom. The level ends here.
Level 6
Pick up the camcorder.
Left of the desk, you’ll see a red doll, just next to that there’s a clock.
Pick it up.
- No one will be offended
- You picked up a pocket watch.
In the same room, go to the bunk bed and pick up the picture from the top bed.
Leave the room, and look to the left. You will see a picture on the cabinet door. Pick it up.
To the right of the door you came from, you’ll see an envelope. Pick up the picture inside of it.
To the right side of the corridor, you’ll see a picture inside a locker. Pick it up.
In the main room, next to the bathroom, you’ll see a door. Next to it is a picture. Pick it up.
Inside the bathroom, look at the first locker on the left. You’ll see a picture inside. Pick it up.
Go to the bathroom’s window, you’ll see a picture there. Pick it up.
Now return to the corridor and pick up the letter from the floor.
Go to the desk (from where you initially picked up the camcorder), and write a letter.
Pick it up and put it under the door.
Go to the main room towards the ringing phone.
Return to the corridor and interact with the locked door.
Go to the desk and write a letter. Put it under the door.
Wait until you receive the next letter. Pick it up.
You’ll have to repeat this sequence several times until you end up getting a picture.
Pick it up.
- A lover of old photos
- You have collected all the photos in the camp, during correspondence.
Go back to the desk and pick up your dictionary. Go to the main room and pick up your sleeping bag.
- A strange journey
- Have you packed all your things.
Break the planks from the entrance and leave.
Level 7
- «Hospital»
- You have reached an abandoned hospital.
Pick up your camcorder and dictionary.
Advance forward and backward in this hallway until the room changes. Examine the newspaper.
Advance forward and backward until one of the doors opens up. Go inside it.
Interact with the chained door. You’ll get a new objective.
Go back to your backpack and pick up the angle grinder.
Open both doors in this hallway. Go through the door on the left.
In there, you’ll find another chained door. Use the angle grinder on it. Go inside.
Follow the path, at the end, you’ll find a pliers tool. Pick it up.
The room will change. Pick up the letter behind you.
Go back to the hallway and through the other door that you’ve opened. Pick up the letter.
This will change the hallway.

Go inside the door straight ahead. Interact with the chained door. Open it and go inside.
Move forward and backward until the door opens up.
You’re now inside a bathroom. Advance to the end of it and you’ll see a devil’s face.
Move towards it.
- The devil is inside.
- This achievement has no description.
Now go outside the way you came and interact with the shelf at the end of the hallway.
Move ahead and you’ll see a knife on the floor.
Pick it up.
- I’ll be back soon
- The dead and the buried…
Pick up the letter located above the safe and the two documents inside of it.
(Warning: There’s a nasty jumpscare in the next sequence.)
Leave through the door you came from and go forward and backward once. Now you can return to the starting point and leave the hospital.
Level 8
- Return to the camp
- This achievement has no description.
Go to the corridor and interact with the door on the right.
Note: Don’t exit the game during credits. The game hasn’t finished yet.
A few days later
- From Day To Day
- This achievement has no description.
Examine the camcorder. Go up the stairs and return. You’ll find someone there. Approach them.
Go up the stairs and look behind you.
The level ends here.
Level Select
In Main Menu, press Select Level.
- Repeat it?
- This achievement has no description.
Pick up the flashlight near the radio and climb up the chair in front of you.
Pick up the picture from the shelf.
- Locked Up
- This achievement has no description.
Find the locker named Jacob. It’s right under the radio.
Open it.
- Terrible darkness
- This achievement has no description.
A bell has now spawned above the Level 2 locker.
Pick it up.
- Find Yourself
- This achievement has no description.
