Subnautica – Getting your cuddlefish in your base.

Step one

 
Okay so what you want to do is make sure that your moonpool is attached to your base and they load your propulsion canon with something and launch it at the moonool so that it is damaged and water is flooding in. 
 
 
 
 

Step two

 
load your cuddlefish into your propulsion canon and make sure not to shoot him. 
Since your moonpool is flooded you can swim up there with your cuddlefish and go into the base that is attached. then when you are where you want him to be, switch your tools and he will stay they. 
Fix your moonpool unless your are planning on doing the seaglide hack and make sure your cuddlefish dose not follow you.
