Alcohol are probably the most profitable items when it comes to bartering. You can craft Alcohol if you have an Advanced Still , which is can only been built if your current leader is Trader. But if you want to truly utilized this ability , i suggest you setup your base at Squelones Brewing Company because they have two industrial-grade distillery that could produce high quality beer.
 
 
PRO TIPS : You can make much more expensive beer if you have the Knowledge Of Alcohol. And as far as i know , there’s two alternatives , either by having a community member with Bartending Skills or a booze-related enclave that provides you with Alcohol supply drops.

An acceptable value of 78 influence , it can be crafted at Advanced Still with the cost of 5 jugs of Ethanol.
 
 
Decent Bourbon :
 
 

 
 
A bottle of Decent Bourbon are 34 Influence. This beer is an additional yield if your community have access to Knowledge of Alcohol. When producing Whiskey at the Still , you will get 3 bottles of Homemade Whiskey + a bottle of Decent Bourbon.

PRO TIPS : make sure you’ve install Pill Press inside your infirmary because it decrease the requirements to make medicinal items for 50%. So you can get same number of items but for minimal ingredients.
