Hey there, welcome to this post, This STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor™ – FPS and Performance Boost Guide was written to be helpful to you, and we genuinely hope that you do.
I began using this configuration, and CPU and GPU usage increased. I am playing at a higher FPS. Could be the issue that is causing the increase, but I’m not certain. It’s working great for me.
Create an Engine.ini file inside %localappdata%\SwGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\ and paste all these commands

You can also place it under the current configurations of GameUserSettings.ini in the same spot.
I have a 5800X3D with 3080Ti and play the game at 1440p throughout Epic except Post Process at Low and those settings below like Motion Blur that are disabled. FOV on Widest.

Edit1:
After entering new areas I experience a stuttering that is quick, like the shader cache, but it doesn’t repeat.

Edit2:
You can also try Disabling Fullscreen Optimizations in the .exe at \Jedi Survivor\SwGame\Binaries\Win64\
Another option is setting the CPU Priority of the game to High in Task Manager or another tool you could employ. By default, it is set to Below Normal. It has increased the responsiveness of games in areas where the fps is lower and the load is higher.
I updated the configuration and disabled streaming of the texture completely. It should be less stuttering.
Edit4:
I updated the configuration. I added additional commands that were optimized based on the searches I made. To be honest, it didn’t make much difference. But I noticed that VRAM utilization was higher.
I also started using -USEALLAVAILABLECORES in the Launch Options of the game.
Only part that doesnt make sense is why GPU usage is declining in areas where it ought to be growing and why the FPS drops.
If this doesnt work for everyone, it can be removed.
