Set up a tent over the water with the energy drinks facing you. Once they are picked up, drink them.

Step 3

Save the game at your tent and reload this save. After waiting the 2 minute loading screen, the 2 energy drinks should respawn. You can grab them and drink them. You can save the game by taking them with you and reload.
