  • +1 delegate* per allied City-State
  • Delegate to be the current host.

 

  • When any Nation reaches the Modern era

 

Atomic

(“United Nations”)

  • 4 free delegates per Nation
  • +2 delegates* per allied City-State
  • Delegate to be the current host.
  • +1 delegate per outbound diplomat

    (requires Globalization)

  • +2 permanent added when placing first or second in failed World Leader Elections

 

  • Alternative: when any reaches the Information age

 

  • Every other session is a World Leader Election, instead of the normal proposals

*City-State delegate cannot can be traded securely with the in-game trading interface; the controlling country always controls their votes manually.
