1. Your DxDiag file:
– Press Windows and R keys to open Run on the Windows desktop.
– In the Run window’s Open field, type dxdiag. Click OK or Enter to launch the DirectX* Diagnose Tool. If asked to confirm that you digitally sign your drivers, click Yes.
– Choose Save All Information from the DirectX* Diagnostics Tool window.

2.1. Difficulty Settings

2.2. The Confront function
Sometimes suspects need more convincing to confess. In such cases, you’ll see a Confront option. Once you select the Confront option, you may not be permitted to cancel. Confront opens an interface that allows you to select the right evidence to support each accusation. Sherlock will point out each piece of evidence for each question. The suspect will either react positively or negatively. You can only win if you correctly select all three evidence items. While a list may contain a variety of evidences, one of them will always be correct.

2.3. When you don’t have any idea what to do next
Q: What should I do if I’m trying to travel from one location to another? How can you tell what you’ve missed?
A: By opening the menu “How to play“, you can always find what to do next. Here are some helpful tips to help you continue the walkthrough.
– Casebook. All the cases Sherlock investigates are kept in the Casebook. Evidence are essential for investigation. They contain all relevant information, such name and address. An evidence item may have the following characteristics: Additional icons can be found above it . It’s a clue about what you could do with it.
– Mind Palace . Questions are displayed in the Mind Palace. Answer all questions
Proceed to the next chapter. You may not have all of the evidence necessary to answer every question. Keep going until you do.
– Pinned Evidence . Some investigative actions require pinned evidence. Specific Points in Interest are shown in Concentration mode when you have the relevant proof pinned. Sherlock will only ask passersby about the pinned information in Enquiries.

3.1. Chapter 1: Baker Street
Q: I don’t have any idea where to go/what do after looking through Barnes Bookshop
A:
After Barnes has escaped, follow these steps:
1. Look for a cactus list
2. Find dead blooms
3. Flemming looks through the window.
4. Take a look outside at Miss Flemming’s flowers.
5. Talk to miss Flemming
6. Solve Mind Palace question;
7. Barnes will be happy to talk with you in a bookstore.
Q: How can I close the investigation in Stenwick’s Mansion?
A:
Follow these steps:
1. Talk with Stenwick and the officer; Go to the yard to investigate the crime scene.
2. Find the spot where footprints and tobacco are near the statue.
3. Find the cart tracks
4. Investigate behind the scenes;
5. Find the area where someone fell into the grain, and then locate the telescope.
6. Find the brazier made with opium reservings.
7. Locate the tube to the other side.
8. Speak to Stenwick.
9. Finish the investigation with imagination scene
10. Speak with Stenwick and tell him the truth.
11. Follow the tracks by going outside the back door.
12. Find Kimihia wallet, sailor’s tie and the cart.
3.2. Chapter 2: Thames Port

5. Mind Palace will provide the correct answer to the question, “How can you safely remove Block B Guard?”
6. Take the metal tub to the Storage Room.
7. Click on the interactive link and go to the bars by the guard.
Q: Gerda received a doll that I returned after investigating the imagination scene. I have the Mind Palace questions. But I don’t understand how to complete them. Casebook doesn’t have any evidence that contain ions.

Most likely you didn’t see any evidences on that level. There is a high possibility that you didn’t examine the door to reception at an upper level.
3.4. Chapter 4 – Louisiana Port
Q: I don’t know how to proceed after the auction ends.
A:
Watson wants clothes to be changed. You will need clothes to change your clothes.
3.5. Chapters 5 Louisiana Mansions
Q: How can I close the investigation in Arneson’s Mansion?
A:
The following steps are required:
1. You will find two wavy, green circles on the ground just after you enter;
2. Try to open doors with a horse symbol
3. Place a candle to the ground
4. Also, locate a candlestick near a dining table on the ground.
5. You can find a blood spot in the vicinity of a lying seat;
