Let’s Go!

1) Stuttering = -NOTEXTURESTREAMING -DisableTexturePool on Launch Options (TexturePool is optional if you have enough ram).
 
2) Disable Chromatic Aberration =
 
[SystemSettings]
 
r.SceneColorFringeQuality=0 Copy this on botom Engine.ini located (User/AppData/Local/SW3/Saved/Config)
 
3) sg.ViewDistanceQuality=0 sg.ShadingQuality=0 set these on GameUserSettings.ini and save read only located in (User/AppData/Local/SW3/Saved/Config) after that launch the game/settings apply.
 
4)[SystemSettings]
 
r.DepthOfFieldQuality=0 in Engine.ini to disable the depth of field
 
5)Also FOV(Field of View) helpsCopy this on botom Engine.ini located (User/AppData/ put 80 or 70 in the game settings.
 
6)If you want on Config.ini change this bUseDynamicResolution=True (always read only)
 
7) Mandatory : [/script/engine.inputsettings]
 
bEnableMouseSmoothing=False in Input.ini
 
8)Disable Fullscreen Optimization in .exe helps someone.
 
9)Cap 60fps.
 
 
My Settings in game:
 
In the game i use Texture High , Antialiasing Medium and Shadows Medium others on low/off.
