This guide will give you a general idea of a Skeleton Lord’s HP and just what you need to take them down.

 

Disclaimer

Some of the math may be wrong, so don’t be surprised.

These numbers are either correct completely or close enough to the correct numbers.

Skeleton Lord vs Player HP Difference

Player HP: 100

Skeleton Lord HP: 4000-4500 (Will be using lowest value AKA 4000)

We need to find 1% to get the best values.

1. of 100 = 1pt

1. of 4000 = 40pt

Therefore:
1 Player HP is equivalent of 40 Skeleton Lord HP
1. Player HP = 400 Skeleton Lord HP
10. Player HP = 4000 Skeleton Lord HP

Using the Percentage Chart, we can also get these percentages.

1 Player HP (0.025%) = 40 (1%) Skeleton Lord HP
1. Player HP (0.25%) = 400 (10%) Skeleton Lord HP
10. Player HP (2.5%) = 4000 (100%) Skeleton Lord HP

This shows a massive difference in HP values.

If something dealt 10pts (0.25%) of damage to a Skeleton Lord, a player would take 10% damage instead.

If something dealt 80pts (2%) of damage to a Skeleton Lord, a player would take 80% damage instead.

So how does all of this work?

A Skeleton Lord’s HP goes up in 10pt increments. Every 1% is 40hp, so 2% is 80hp, inbetween would be 50, 60 and 70.
This can also be simplified like so:

.25% = +10
.5% = +20
.75% = +30
1. = +40

But how do you calculate the percentages?

You multiply the whole number by 40, then add the decimals using the percentage chart, you can figure out pretty much any percentage (almost).

So 1.5% = 40 + 20 which is 60. ( 1% + 0.5%)

Which also means that 12.5% = (40*12) + 20 which is 500. (12% + 0.5%)

This can be applied to larger numbers aswell such as:

72.775. = (40*72) + 30 + 1 which is 2911. (72% + 0.75% + 0.025%)

DAMAGE SECTION

Everything below is pure damage numbers, this will show the damage required through different damage sources to take down a Skeleton Lord.

To get the total amount of times to take down a Skeleton Lord, you divide 4000 (base value) by the damage dealt.

4000 / value = Total Strikes Required

That formula will be used at the end of each section to show strikes required.

IMPORTANT

If the number is a non-decimal number, then the figure stays the same.

If the number has a decimal, the number will be rounded up, not down, as it will require .??? points of damage more to take down the Skeleton Lord.

CUTLASS

A Cutlass slash will deal 25% player HP.
A Sword lunge will deal 60% player HP.
They deal 25pts and 60pts of damage respectively.

This means that a singular slash will deal 0.625% damage to a Skeleton Lord and a Sword lunge will deal 1.5% damage to a Skeleton Lord.

4000 / 25 = 160 Slashes Required
400. / 60 = 66.67 (67) Lunges Required

It therefore takes 160 Cutlass slashes or 67 Sword lunges to take down a Skeleton Lord.

This can also be phrased like this:

It therefore takes 53.33 (54) Cutlass Combos or 67 Sword Lunges to take down a Skeleton Lord.

FLINTLOCK

A Flintlock will deal 50% player HP.
It deals 50pts of damage.

This means that a singular Flintlock shot will deal 1.25% damage to a Skeleton Lord.

4000 / 50 = 80 Shots Required

It therefore takes 80 Flintlock shots to take down a Skeleton Lord.

The player can fire 5 bullets before having to refill, so if a player hits all their shots, each clip can deal 6.25% damage to a Skeleton Lord.

EYE OF REACH

An Eye of Reach will deal 70% player HP.
It deals 70pts of damage.

This means that a singular Eye of Reach shot will deal 1.75% damage to a Skeleton Lord.

4000 / 70 = 57.14 (58) Shots Required

It therefore takes 58 Eye of Reach shots to take down a Skeleton Lord.

The player can fire 5 bullets before having to refill, so if a player hits all their shots, each clip can deal 8.75% damage to a Skeleton Lord.

BLUNDERBUSS

A Blunderbuss can deal between 10-100% player HP.
It therefore deals 10-100pts of damage.

This means that a singular Blunderbuss shot will deal anywhere between 0.25% to 2.5% damage to a Skeleton Lord.

4000 / 10 = 400 Shots Required
400. / 100 = 40 Shots Required

It therefore takes 400-40 Blunderbuss shots to take down a Skeleton Lord.

The player can fire 5 times before having to refill, so if a player hits all their shots, each clip can deal between 1.25%-12.5% damage to a Skeleton Lord.

FIREBOMB

A Firebomb will deal 33% player HP overtime.
It therefore deals 33pts of damage.

This means that a singular Firebomb will deal 0.825% damage to a Skeleton Lord.

4000 / 33 = 121.21 (122) Firebombs Required

It therefore takes 122 Firebombs to take down a Skeleton Lord.

The player can carry a maximum of 5 Firebombs before having to refill, so if a player hits all of them and waits the full length of the burn damage overtime, 5 Firebombs will deal 4.125% damage to a Skeleton Lord.

BLUNDERBOMB

A direct hit with a Blunderbomb will deal 50% player HP.
Splash damage from a Blunderbomb will deal 15% player HP.

They deal 50pts and 15pts of damage respectively.

This means that a singular Blunderbomb will deal anywhere between 0.375% to 1.25% damage to a Skeleton Lord.

4000 / 15 = 266.67 (267) Blunderbombs Required
400. / 50 = 80 Blunderbombs Required

It therefore takes 80-267 Blunderbombs to take down a Skeleton Lord.

The player can carry a maximum of 5 Blunderbombs before having to refill, so if a player hits all of them directly, 5 Blunderbombs will deal 6.25% damage to a Skeleton Lord.

If they miss but deal splash damage, then 5 Blunderbombs will deal 1.875% damage to a Skeleton Lord.

CANNONBALL

A direct hit with a Cannonball will deal 100% player HP. (or potentially 120%)
It deals 100-120pts of damage.

This means that a singular Cannonball will deal 2.5%/3% damage to a Skeleton Lord.

4000 / 100 = 40
400. / 120 = 33.33 (34)

It therefore takes 34-40 Cannonballs to take down a Skeleton Lord.

The player can carry a maximum of 10 Cannonballs before having to refill, so if a player hits all of them directly, 10 Cannonballs will deal 25%/30% damage to a Skeleton Lord.

GUNPOWDER BARRELS

A Gunpowder Barrel explosion will deal 350% player HP.
It deals 350pts of damage.

This means that a singular Gunpowder Barrel will deal 8.75% damage to a Skeleton Lord.

4000 / 350 = 11.42 (12)

It therefore takes 12 Gunpowder Barrels to take down a Skeleton Lord.

HEALING AND HOW IT AFFECTS DAMAGE REQUIRED

A Skeleton Lord can recover HP using a Banana.

A Banana will heal a Player 20% HP, which means 20pts are recovered.

A Skeleton Lord will not recover 20pts, instead they will recover 20% of their base HP, meaning that a Banana will heal a Skeleton Lord for 800pts.

This therefore means…

-An additional 32 Sword slashes would be required to take them down.

-An additional 13.33 (14) Sword lunges would be required to take them down.

-An additional 16 Flintlock shots would be required to take them down.

-An additional 11.42 (12) Eye of Reach shots would be required to take them down.

-An additional 8-80 Blunderbuss shots would be required to take them down.

-An additional 24.24 (25) Firebombs would be required to take them down.

-An additional 16(direct hit)-53.33(54, splash damage) Blunderbombs would be required to take them down.

-An additional 6.67(7)-8 Cannonballs would be required to take them down.

-An additional 2.28 (3) Gunpowder Barrels would be required to take them down.

IN SUMMARY…

If we were to assume these numbers are correct and that a Skeleton Lord will recover 20% HP at least ONCE, then that means these are the exact strikes required with every damage source listed:

-192 Cutlass Slashes Required
(64 Cutlass Combos)

-81 Sword Lunges Required

-96 Flintlock Shots Required

-69 Eye of Reach Shots Required

-48-480 Blunderbuss Shots Required

-147 Firebombs Required

-96-321 Blunderbombs Required

-40-48 Cannonballs Required

-14 Gunpowder Barrels Required
