1.) Audio delay & missing sounds, like the car engines 
 
-> Download and run the VLC Media Player in the background 
-> Set FPS limit (Nvidia control panel) to 60 / Turn off thread optimisation 
 
Efficiency: 99.9% 
 
2.) Constant micro-stutters: 
-> Disable superfetching (Promoted to SysMain) 
( Toogle windows search bar, type services.msc and disable SysMain ) 
-> Executable: Run as administrator / Disable fullscreen optimizations 
 
Efficiency: Work-in-progress
