First of all you need to be at the tunnel between the times of 00:00 and 05:00

i wont even tell you where to find the tunnel you will need to go to, you can figure that out yourself so u can progress normally but once you do find it here is what it looks like
 

 
 
search dead guy on ground and he will give you a thing, then u will figure out how to go through the tunnel and not die
 
 

 
 
if you get all the pokemons (there are 3) you will end up with +145% endurance which gives you unlimited sprint unless you are overloaded, you no longer need energy drinks except for when you are carrying all the contents of a house to sidorovichs bunker
 
i was gonna screenshot where the artifacts are all hidden inside the tunnel but i guess they dont spawn if you are waiting there already before the time turns to 00:00 so ill edit this later ok
