This guide is straightforward and will tell you all the choices you need to make in order to reach all of the game’s endings. Completing all of the endings will unlock all but 1 CG in the game. The final CG can be obtained through a new dialogue option that unlocks after a certain ending(s) is/are completed. Completing every ending and viewing the secret scene will unlock every achievement in the game.
 
 

Escape; Artillery Targets Changed Endings

Ending 1: Ghosts
 

• Grant the enemy peaceful terms.
• Endorse Clodia’s escape attempt.
• Change the artillery’s immediate targets.
• Promise them slaves and spoils.
• Send them up on the rooftops.
• Lead the horsemen and find a flank.

 
 
Ending 2: The Grave
 

• Grant the enemy peaceful terms.
• Endorse Clodia’s escape attempt.
• Change the artillery’s immediate targets.
• Promise them slaves and spoils.
• Send them up on the rooftops.
• Hold and have faith in the men.
• Hide the message from Sergius.

 
 
Ending 3: A Sacrifice to War
 

• Grant the enemy peaceful terms.
• Endorse Clodia’s escape attempt.
• Change the artillery’s immediate targets.
• Promise them slaves and spoils.
• Send them up on the rooftops.
• Hold and have faith in the men.
• Warn Sergius.

Ending 4: Sorrow

Poison (Clodia) Endings

Ending 7: Praetrix of Poison
 

• Grant the enemy peaceful terms.
• Provide Clodia with poison.
• Have Clodia poison Sejanus.
• Leave the current orders unchanged.
• Promise them slaves and spoils.
• Send them up on the rooftops.
• Lead the horsemen and find a flank.

 
 
Ending 8: Mercenary
 

• Grant the enemy peaceful terms.
• Provide Clodia with poison.
• Have Clodia poison Sejanus.
• Leave the current orders unchanged.
• Promise them slaves and spoils.
• Send them up on the rooftops.
• Hold and have faith in the men.
• Warn Sergius.

Poison (Nasrin) Endings

Ending 9: Farewell
 

• Grant the enemy peaceful terms.
• Provide Clodia with poison.
• Have Nasrin poison Sejanus.
• Change the artillery’s immediate targets.
• Promise them slaves and spoils.
• Send them up on the rooftops.

Ending 10: The Last Letter

• Provide Clodia with poison.
• Have Nasrin poison Sejanus.
• Change the artillery’s immediate targets.
• Promise them slaves and spoils.
• Send them up on the rooftops.
• Hold and have faith in the men.
• Hide the message from Sergius.

 
 
Ending 11: Across the Sea
 

• Grant the enemy peaceful terms.
• Provide Clodia with poison.
• Have Nasrin poison Sejanus.
• Change the artillery’s immediate targets.
• Promise them slaves and spoils.
• Send them up on the rooftops.
• Hold and have faith in the men.
• Warn Sergius.

Secret Scene and Final CG

Once you complete a certain ending or endings, a new dialogue option will appear that I do not believe affects any of the 11 endings but unlocks a new scene with a secret H-CG. The new dialogue option appears during the first flashback when Valerius talks to Portia and is between the choices:
 

• Show strength and threaten the enemy.; or
• Grant the enemy peaceful terms.

and
 

• Endorse Clodia’s escape attempt.; or
• Provide Clodia with poison.

 
The new dialogue choices that appear between the above mentioned choices are as follows:
 

• Help her get into the dungeon.; or
• Offer her a better time.

 
Simply choose “Offer her a better time.” to view a new scene and unlock the secret H-CG. Choosing “Help her get into the dungeon.” progresses the scene as is normally seen during the first play through.
