Risk of Rain 2 – What Artifact of Sacrifice does

What it does…

 
the Artifact of Sacrifice is one of the most used artifacts across the game,and one of my favorites, as it allows a infinite supply of items per area and does not need RNG structure spawns that you normally need to build up items. 
 
The artifact gives every monster a 5% chance of dropping a item upon death, 
with a random chance of dropping a item with the chances as below, 
 
Tier 1 > Tier 2 > Equipment > Tier 3 
 
These tier have no chance of getting dropped, 
 
Boss, Lunar 
 
But the price of this artifact is no chests will spawn during that run, 
 
with the exception of the time chest, and a glitch that has a chance to occur while getting a new (or re-getting for some reason) a artifact, although I believe that is just a glitch.
