Create a macro using keybinds for the mouse.

If you wish to add the right button up and down on their own in the sequence, you can do so using a record. Right-click and it will add the sequence right button up, delay, and right buttons down. You can delete the extras simply by selecting them and then hitting delete.

You can then apply this macro on your mouse right click and the sensitivity will double whenever you right-click.
