This video will show you how to accurately aim and throw Flash and Stinger Grenades. The method shown in the video is very accurate for Flash and Stingers but you will need to adjust for Gas Grenades. If you follow the method in the video and practice a little, you will become very proficient. Note that I chose the reference points on the leading hand because they work for me, if you want to choose different points of reference just practice with what works best for you.
