first you need another player 
then you need to save whith the object do you want to place then your friend removes it iand then you save again then you go to main menu and to other saves and then load the save that the object didnt has been removed and now it is one placed and anothe one in the inventory of the other player.

how to duplicate objects

 
just do the same as buildings but you need to set things in the chest that your friend will destroy and using the glitch duplicating it.
