Portal – Cheat Commands Guide

So I discovered that you can create and delete objects, as well as modify them without having to use the console. Even without the console detecting cheats, you can get achievements!
 
Commands like "ent_create portal_weight_box" and "sv_portal_placement_never_fail 1" can be executed through binding them to a key.
 
This way, almost every command that doesn’t require sv_cheats is possible to run.
 
 
If you don't know what bind is, here's how to use it:
 
Bind "key" "command
 
 
Example:
 
bind "c", "ch_createairboat",
 
 
Some things, such as spawning energy pellets and noclip, require sv_cheats be 1. These are not enough to achieve achievements.
 
This makes it much easier to beat the challenge maps.
