This guide will show you the steps to light the campfire in the new Maple Lodge Campsite! As well as some other things about it

Intro

This is much shorter than the other guides I’ve made on Phasmophobia, just because I thought the campfire was a really nice detail they added! If you like the guide feel free to like and favorite, it helps out a lot!

How to light the campfire

So the first thing you need to do, is obviously find the campfire. You can see a picture of it already lit on the map in the van (I circled it in green).

Follow the map to the campfire, or get a friend to lead you there from the van.

Then once you get to the campfire, you need to have a lighter on you. Right click the lighter to turn it on, then press F on the campfire to light it. However, you can’t light the campfire if it’s raining in the map because you can’t light the lighter without it going out by the rain.

Things about the campfire

The campfire does NOT produce any heat, so lighting it will not prevent you from finding freezing temperatures. The thermometer temperature readings are not affected by the fire.

Alternatively, you can light the campfire using a lit candle instead of a lighter.

Despite making a constant sound, the campfire does NOT produce sound on the parabolic mic. So it will not interfere with finding where the ghost is.
