turn on the camera and now put the camera so it sees the whole room. go back to the van and swap the camera on the pc If you see a small dot flying around (note that it can be hard to see) (you have to turn off the lights) then this is the ghost room. if it isn’t then place it in the another room. If there is absolutely no ghost orbs then you can cross out many of the ghosts which may be helpful and also you can locate the ghost room easily. 
 
 

The farming section.

 
Alright. So you know so many things now about it. Now choose a very small map I recommed Tanglewood street house and do the steps like before.
