You need to start this heist on overkill or above difficulty and do the default steps and when you’re at the bunker go to the conference room and there will be a painting on the wall and if it shins it means every one done the secrets tasks correct

Take that painting of the wall and blow that wall and there will be a secret path and at the end, an elevator go on that and get down and get ready if you’re with your friends 1 of you need to answer and translate other players need to cover him but all of the enemies will be cloaker’s but they won’t drop any ammo so have as many ammo bags as you can get.

Final

After you have all answer correct there will be light and you’ll be unmasked and then you need to enter the vault and wait for the dentist to talk. once he talked he’ll say to open the vault door. you need to open the door but be ready to kill the dentist “try to shot his head” once he is dead you need to go inside the vault with bain and place the Mayan gold.
After you did everything and place the gold you’ll get secret ending.
