Perks

 
You can choose from these 2 perks, which one you’re going to be using. 
 
Hacker: Free 
 
The Hacker perk deck lets you carry a little pocket ECM(Small ECM that lasts for 6 seconds,) which you have equipped as a throwable. 
 
Burglar: Dlc 
 
The Burglar perk deck doesn’t have a throwable of its own, however it lets you answer pagers faster. 
Burglar? Burglar’s just a regular stealth deck 
 
 

Weapons

The Judge (Community Item): 
 
 

Skills

 
Mastermind: 
 
 
Enforcer: 
 
 
Technician: 
 
 
Ghost: 
 
 
Fugitive: 
 
 
It doesn’t really matter where you put the rest of the skill points, (you should have 30 left,) as long as it’s useful for stealth. 
 
 

Equipment & Throwable

 
Vest: 
Two-Piece Suit 
 
 
ECM Jammer: 
 
 
Body Bag Case: 
 
 
Pocket ECM: 
 
The Pocket ECM is really useful in stealth, as it blocks all pagers, calls and cameras. But beware! It only lasts 6 seconds, so use it wisely.
