This build is based on the anarchist perk. A distinctive feature of this build is that you can hold 2 shots of a heavy unit, which will help beginners a lot. This build is not intended for playing in public, as it does not have inspire.

Skills and Perk
Perk
So, as you have already understood, we take an anarchist from the perks. He looks like this :

Skills
Mastermind :
Nothing unusual, we take Doctor Bags and stable shot for Krinkovs(If desired, these skills can be replaced with others).
Enforcer :
Ace resilience we take to take the top skills, shock and awe for shields and iron man for the second shot at us.
Technician :
Ace steady grip for stability, ace surefire for more ammo in magazine, lock n’ load
for shooting while running and ace body expertise for damage.
Ghost :
Ace parkour for move speed and reload while running. Next, take the crits.
Fugitive :
Ace zerk for damage, ace frenzy for second shot.
Explanations and build variations
Personally, I am comfortable playing on this variation of the build, but you can change it.
Variation for team play: completely remove body expertise, the proffesional, and die hard. Instead, we take inspire. We remove body expertise because we’re already doing a lot of damage, but without it it will not be so comfortable to play.
Variation with dodge: completely remove body expertise, and doctor bags. Take ace duck and cover, ace parkour, ace shockproof and ace sneaky bastard.
Variation with jokers(for nubs)))0)): remove only ace frenzy, iron man, bags and proffesional. Take all ace skills for jokers and nine lives.
