This guide informs those who don’t know how to cast a vote simply press the same keybinding as you would to open the Pavlov menu then hit trigger on the option you would like to select. 
 
Valve Index- (left controller) B + Trigger 
HTC Vive- (left controller) Menu Button + Trigger 
Oculus Rift- (left controller) Y + Trigger
