Minotaur: The Buttons & Clue

You have to first slay the Eternal Minotaurs at the 3 shrines.
 
Then stand on the 2 pressure pads and use the clue to find the right button order!
 
 

 
 
 

Main Chamber: Buttons and Clue

The second puzzle in the Ivory Sanctum.
 
 
This one relies on a different note.
 
 

 
 
Start on the left, and go anti-clockwise.
 
 
 

Northern Exit

Two solutions here!
 
 
One solution 4306 opens the chest in the wall.
 
 
The second solution 3540 opens a locked door which most people will come through at the end anyway.
