How to Train Combat Effectively
Food
I. Be prepared to either Buy Food or Cook Food.
Low Level Targets
II. Fight Low Level Targets for awhile (Faster Kills sometimes is more XP/Hour.
What Does Combat Mean?
III. You should know what the Combat Stats Mean.
Attack Level decides what Weapons you can Equip.
Defence Level decides what Armour you can Equip.
Strength helps decide how much Damage you can do.
Hit Points are earned from killing enemies (or Hurting them) and represents your Health.
Training Important Skills First
IV. When beginning Combat you should train Strength for 10 to 20 Levels so you can do more damage then balance out Attack to the Level you want so you can wield better Weapons and then you should train Defence for better Armour.
Passive Side Experience
V. When killing foes, don’t forget to pick up Bones, while training Combat you can also Level up Prayer by Burying Bones.
Equipment Level Requirements (Free to Play)
Level 1 – Bronze
Level 1 – Iron
Level 5 – Steel
Level 10 – Black
Level 20 – Mithril
Level 30 – Adamant
Level 45 – Rune
