Hey there, welcome to this post, We hope you find the following page, in which we detail the Occupy Mars: The Game – How to add custom images and music? informative.
In this guide, i will show you how to add custom images and music to your game
Before we start
Version 0.119.4 may be improved in the future. :
After adding files, starting a new game or loading a save game may take some time, so be patient and wait for the game to load till the Start button in the right-hand corner appears.
For every type of customization, we will be in \Steam\steamapps\common\Occupy Mars The Game\OccupyMars_Data\StreamingAssets
You’ll be able to find it
You can also add your patch to your character on the Tablet.
Simply go to your game folder (\Occupy Mars The Game\OccupyMars_Data\StreamingAssets\Patches)
inside this folder you can add any icon you want provided it has a filesize of 512×512 and the ending .png
You can alter the icon in game by selecting Profile.
After unlocking the personalization of one of the Techtrees found in the game, you can create signs and print them out using the 3D printer.
To decorate your home, you’ll require the hand drill which also can be printed
Get the hand drill out, select with the mouse wheel the drill you want to use (for boards choose the board) slap it where you’d like (only woks inside). You can then edit that, choose a test or alter the icon.
For custom icons: \Occupy Mars The Game\OccupyMars_Data\StreamingAssets\Boardicons
You are free to use any image you want as long as it is a.png
Once you’ve deactivated the Radio in the Techtree, you can print it out and put it where you’d like in your base
Add music by dropping your.mp3 files here: \Occupy Mars The Game\OccupyMars_Data\StreamingAssets\Music
Ingame you, then click on the radio, and your files will appear on the left side; doubleclick to add them, then press play to listen to your favorite music.
Additional note: We haven’t tested different radios however, only.MP3 is working, and the music is only available where the radio is.
