This achievement can be unlocked after completing the first five levels of the Starter Pack, which are Sea Boomerang Flower, Flower, Cross, Seagull and Seagull. All of these are very easy and intuitive.

This achievement can be unlocked by completing puzzle 15 – (The End) from the Starter pack. @q51's guide for AStats) will allow you to skip all levels of the pack.

To workshop, solve the Sumbmit puzzle
 
 
To open the level editor menu, select the "Editor" subsection. To create your puzzle, click on any of the squares at the center of your screen. Next, click on "Publish Puzzle". The next step is to enter a name or description for your puzzle. Once you have done this, click on "Upload".

You can choose a simple puzzle from the community tab to complete 50 times for these achievements. This level by @lylat requires you to click on the square in the center.

After downloading the level via Steam Workshop, open Community Art tab and click on the icon at the top-center of your screen. Select "Installed". You can then finish the level 50 times.
