If you want to complete your first playthrough with the Hint Hater achievement or if this is your second playing and you just forget tiny details you learned during your first playthrough, this guide will walk you through every step.

Global and non-mission-specific achievements

Hint Hater

It’s important to note that you must be careful not to accidentally click the hint button! I have done it way too many times before, so don’t rush through the game and mind where you’re clicking.

Serial Killer

There are 10 killable characters in this game. Kill them all for this achievement. You don’t have to do it in a single game, you can just select the mission from the menu and kill the characters you missed.

1. Operation Undertaker: kill the sleeping gardener with the broken fence from Area C
2. Operation Canary: kill the boss in the office with the bird spike from the hut
3. Operation Canary: kill the worker in Area 1 inside the mine with the bird spike from the hut
4. Operation Caldera: murder the park ranger with the machete from the bathroom area
5. Operation Midnight: kill the chef with the shovel from near the pool
6. Operation Dead Drop: murder the guard with the wrench from the drawer in the victim’s home
7. Operation Wonderland: murder the attendant (from the Bottle Toss game) with the metal ball (taken from the stanchions, you don’t need to paint it beforehand)
8. Operation Dead Sea: kill the camera shop attendant with the helium tank from the cupboard inside the theater
9. Operation Dead Sea: murder the doctor in the infirmary with the spoon from the restaurant
10. Operation Dead Sea: kill the man staring at the sea (at the area past the infirmary) with the oar from the concierge’s room. This must be done when the woman is gone (after accessing room 42)

Garbage Day!

As with the Serial Killer achievement, this one also doesn’t require you to do it in a single game or in any order. There are only 4 missions with dumpsters in which you could dump the body.

1. Operation Roadkill: After getting the truck key, dump the body into the dumpster just outside the diner
2. Operation Stowaway: Place the body inside the dumpster outside of the airport
3. Operation Wonderland: Just put the corpse inside the garbage bin next to it
4. Operation Countdown: After using the ladder to get the body to the construction site, use the elevator to bring it to the alley where the dumpster is

Looking for Love

This is a callback to the previous game, in Operation V: Bolt Bucket, where you could call a number on the payphone’s side to reach Lonely No More Hotline. This can be done during any mission that has a phone, so either payphone in Operation Dead Drop or the telephone in Room 42 during Operation Dead Sea.

The number is: 538-8655

Operation Drill Bit

Oil and Water

Complete the oil platform mission without leaving any evidence behind

This mission should be easy because it’s a tutorial so there is no way to get stuck or fail. Just follow the instructions and you should get this achievement.

Operation Quagmire

How to get rid of the body:

1. Inside the hut, pick up the mop and the fishing rod
2. Go outside and get the wheelbarrow on the grass
3. Go back inside the hut and use the wheelbarrow on the dead body to pick it up
4. Use the mop with the blood on the floor to clean it
5. Go outside and dump the dead body into the river. The crocodiles will gladly eat him.
6. Clean the mop using the river to get rid of the blood

At this point, you could safely exit the scene without failing the mission.

How to not leave any evidence behind:

1. After the crocodiles finish eating the corpse, his clothes will float on the river. Use the fishing rod on the clothes to pick them up
2. Put the wheelbarrow on the grass outside the hut
3. Return into the hut and burn the clothes with fireplace
4. Place the mop on the right corner of the hut (click the counter)
5. Place the fishing rod on the left corner of the hut (click the armchair)

You should now get this achievement:

Bogged Down

Complete the swamp mission without leaving any evidence behind

Operation Roadkill

How to dispose the body:

1. Go into the diner and talk to the bartender, asking for a beer
2. Use the glass of beer with the floor. The bartender will be annoyed, but while she is cleaning, you can freely move around
3. Click on the tip jar to get some cash, and use the cash on the jukebox
4. Turn on the microphone so that the song from the jukebox will be played through the speakers outside
5. This will cause the sleeping trucker to wake up and head to the diner. You can now get the keys from the driver’s seat of the truck and use it to unlock the back door of the truck
6. Head left and talk to the construction worker. You’ll discover that Jerry has forgotten to pack them food, so they can’t take a break from their work.
7. Head back into the diner and give cash to the bartender for a box of pizza
8. Go back to the construction worker and give him the pizza. Leave so they can go take a break, and you will come back to find the construction area empty
9. Pick up the shovel and use it on the soil
10. Get the dead body from the truckand place it inside the newly-dug hole in the soil
11. Use the shovel on the dead body to bury it

You can now exit the scene without failing.

How to not leave any evidence behind:

1. Place the shovel on the sign
2. Close the back door of the truck and use the keys to lock it
3. Put the keys back at the driver’s seat of the truck
4. Put the cash back into the tip jar

You should now get this achievement:

Speed Bump

Complete the diner mission without leaving any evidence behind

Operation Undertaker

How to dispose the body:

1. Pick up the map from the table
2. Pick up the garbage bin on the left
3. Use the map to navigate to the mausoleum
4. Pick up thedead body and combine it with the garbage bin
5. Pick up the rug from the floor
6. Head to the shed and use the rugon the gravel to make sure the sleeping gardener won’t hear you
7. Take thekeys on the wheelbarrow and use it on the door of the shed
8. Take the pliers and the adjustable wrench
9. Click on the electrical box, noting that only the timer labelled A is on
10. There is a memorial service being held in Area B of the graveyard, and we need the guests to leave so we could do our thing. The sprinklers are off on all areas except A, so use the pliers on cable A and cable B, before using it again on cable A to connect the timer for Area A to Area B
11. Go to Area C and use the adjustable wrench on the broken fence
12. Go to Area B, which should be empty as the sprinklers drove away the mourners, and use the broken fence on the casketto open it
13. Click on the garbage bin to take out the dead body, and put the dead body inside the casket.
14. Close the casket

You can now safely leave the scene without failing.

How to not leave any evidence behind:

1. Go to Area C and return the broken fence
2. Go to the shed and use the pliers on the cables to fix it
3. Put the pliers on the right shelf and the adjustable wrench on the left shelf
4. Go back outside and use the keys to lock the shed door
5. Place the keys back on the wheelbarrow and then pick up the rug from the ground
6. Go to the mausoleum and put the rug back on the floor
7. Go back to the reception and put the garbage bin on the left (click door), and the map on the table

You should now get this achievement:

Coffin Flop

Complete the cemetery mission without leaving any evidence behind

Other achievements:

No Sleeping on the Job

Interrupt the gardener’s beauty rest

To get this achievement, before placing the rug on the gravel, click on the keys as many times as you can. Eventually, this should wake the gardener, and the cops will be called on you for suspicious behaviour.

Operation Stowaway

How to dispose the body:

1. Pick up the luggage cart outside the airport
2. Enter the airport and head right towards check-in
3. Take the employee badge from the tourist information counter
4. Use the luggage cart with the cart return to receive a coin
5. Get rubbing alcohol from the first-aid kit
6. Head back to the departures. You can now talk to the people there (because you now have the employee badge). After talking to everyone, you will find that the one who matches the description you were given is the guy in green hoodie reading a newspaper. Note that he is carrying a red luggage
7. Use coin on the coffee machine to get a cup of coffee
8. Head right to the check-in again and use the coffee on the counter. The airport worker will get mad and call you an idiot, but he will leave, giving you the opportunity to use the computer
9. You will need to enter the flight number and the passenger name to print out a boarding pass, so head all the way to the left to the baggage claims and talk to the baggage attendant. Note that the luggage most similar to Frederickson’s contact belongs to Ken Keyton, flight number 6249
10. Go back to check-ins and type 6249 into the computer, and press 5 to print out Keyton’s boarding pass
11. Head back to baggage claims and give the boarding pass to the baggage attendant. You will receive the red suitcase
12. Use the rubbing alcohol on the red luggage to remove the stickers so that you won’t get caught switching the suitcases out
13. Head back outside and pick up the dead body to combine it with the red suitcase
14. Use the red suitcase with dead bodywith the suitcase in the departures to switch them (next to the man in green)

 

You can now safely leave the scene without failing.

How to not leave any evidence behind:

1. Go to the baggage claims to return the red suitcase to the baggage attendant
2. Go to check-ins and place the employee badge back on the tourist informationcounter
3. Put the rubbing alcohol back in the first-aid kit
4. Head outside and throw the boarding pass into the garbage bin to get rid of it

You should now get this achievement:

Body Bag

Complete the airport mission without leaving any evidence behind

Asset Airways

Check in for your own flight

After using the coffee on the counter and before printing out the boarding pass, type 1080 as the flight number and you will get a funny message from your bosses

Operation Canary

How to dispose the body:

1. Pick up the uniform from the car
2. Head to the left towards the mine entrance and pick up the pliers on the ground
3. Head right and then to the beach and use the pliers on the bird spikes on top of the hut
4. Pick up the rotten fish on the ground and use it on the man, woman or camera. They will refer The Birds before leaving without their things. You can now take the camera
5. Go back to the mine entrance and head into the office. Use the camera to take a picture of the map. You can now enter the mine
6. Use the map to navigate to Area 02 (right, middle, middle, right, left, right) and pick up the rope
7. Go back to the entrance and head to the cliff (right, middle, left, right, left, right, middle) and use the rope on the rock. You can now use the rope to go back to the beach
8. Head back to where the car is and retrieve the dead body
9. Go to thecliff area and use the dead body with the rope
10. Go back to the mine entrance and use the bird spike on the bulldozer. The driver will leave to find a replacement tire and you can now take the jack
11. Use the jack on the office to simulate an earthquake. This will cause the mine to be evacuated
12. Enter the mine and go to Area 01 (left, left, right), The worker has left, so you can take the malletfrom the toolbox
13. Go back to the beach and use the mallet on the hut, and you can now take an oxygen tank
14. Enter the mine and go to the place with the hazard sign (left, middle, right, right) so that you can fast-travel there later
15. Go to the cliff via the mine again, and pull the dead body up (you will also receive the rope)
16. Go back to the place with the hazard sign and put the dead body inside the hole in the boards. Place the oxygen tank there too
17. Use the mallet on the oxygen tank to cause that section of the mine to collapse

You can now safely leave the scene without failing.

How to not leave any evidence behind:

1. Go to Area 01 and return the mallet into the toolbox
2. Go to Area 02 and return the rope
3. Go to the entrance and retrieve thebird spikesfrom the wheel
4. Put the pliers on the ground near the office
5. Take thejack from under the office and place it back under the bulldozer
6. Put the uniform back on the car and close thetrunk of the car
7. Get rid of the map picture by putting it into the trashcan
8. Head to the beach and put the bird spike on the hut
9. Close the hut again
10. Put the camera back inside the bag

You should receive this achievement:

Shafted

Complete the mine mission without leaving any evidence behind

Other achievements:

Damning Evidence

Take a picture of the mine’s map after killing the boss

Use the bird spike on the boss inside the office to kill him, and take a picture of the map using the camera before heading out

Operation Caldera

How to dispose the body:

1. Follow the path towards the park entrance and pick up the licence plate on the ground
2. Head into the park and pick up the machete, pitchfork, and map
3. Click on the trashcan to get an empty bottle
4. Look at the sign and note that Geyser C is the only one that is inactive
5. Use the map to go to the trail. Pick up the bean pods and some rocks from the ground
6. Use the machete on the rope to borrow it
7. Go to the campsite. Combine the bottle with the bean pods to create a rattle and use it to scare the campers away
8. Once they leave, pick up the multi-tool, backpack, and cart
9. Go back to the bathroom area and use the multi-tool on the lawn mower to get a wheel
10. Combine the wheel with the cart to repair it
11. Go back to where the body is and use the machete on the bamboo
12. Combine the bamboo with the rope to create a raft
13. Use the rafton the river, pick the dead body up and put it on the raft
14. Click on the raft once to flip it over, and one more time to push it off
15. Head back to the campsite and combine the pitchfork with the license plate to create a makeshift paddle
16. You can now pick up the kayak and use it on the river to retrieve the raftand the dead body
17. Combine the cart and the kayak, before combining the kayak on cart with the dead body to hide it
18. Go to Geyser C and fill the backpack with rocks
19. Get the dead body from the kayak on cart and combine it with the backpackfilled with rocks
20. Use the body with rockswith the geyserto hide it there

You can now safely leave the scene without failing.

How to not leave any evidence behind:

1. Go back to the trail and use the machete with the raft to get therope and bamboo back
2. Place the rope on the path
3. Go to the campsite. Click on the kayak on cart to separate them. Put the kayak on the ground
4. Use the multi-tool on the cart to get the wheel back
5. Return the multi-tool and the cart on grass
6. Go to the bathroom area and return the wheel to the lawn mower
7. Return the pitchforkto the shed and put the map back
8. Put the machete on thelog and throw the rattle into the trashcan
9. Go to the park entrance where the park ranger stands and put the license plate on the path
10. Go to where the body was and put the bamboo back

You should now get this achievement:

Natural Causes

Complete the national park mission without leaving any evidence behind

Other achievements:

Fail Fast

Dispose of the body within ten seconds of starting a mission

Immediately after starting the mission, please pick up the dead body and put it in the river.

I’m unsure if getting this achievement through other missions is possible. I have tried to do it in Operation Quagmire but I can’t do it fast enough. Please let me know if there are other ways to get this achievement!

Operation Midnight

How to dispose the body:

1. Put the cake server and the can opener on the counter in the kitchen
    
2. Go outside and put the chloroform back in the shed. Use the key from the candy bowl to lock it
    
3. Put the shovelon the ground
    
4. Combine the empty frame with the diploma and put it back on the wall upstairs
    
5. Go into the room where you found the body and put the key back into the candy bowl
    
6. Lock the door to this room with the other key and slide it under the door
    
7. Get the mistletoe from the railing and head back downstairs to put it above the basement door
    
8. Go into the basement and return the knitting needle, ball of yarn, and gas mask. Click on the furnace to turn it off
    
9. Go to the lounge and return the box of matches onto the table

You should now get this achievement:

Crushed Ice

Complete the mansion mission without leaving any evidence behind

Other achievements:

Journey of Discovery

Become one with the universe

Before putting everyone to sleep with the chloroform, talk to the dancer with round glasses. Pick the first option, and then the second option.

 

Operation Dead Drop

How to dispose the body:

1. Pick up the tickets, laxatives and the string. You can pick up the wrench and the hanger, but you don’t need them yet and you can’t bring them to the tower so it’s better to leave them for now.
2. Head outside and through the street to Sky Tower. Take the gum from the payphone. Give the tickets to the guard. You can now move freely inside the tower as long as you’re not carrying any metal objects
3. Take the water bottle from the cooler and a pair of sunglasses from lockernumber 14
4. If you plan to get the Drop the Kids off achievement, this is where you would do them
5. Use the elevator to get to the observation floor. There is a worker there. Combine water bottle withlaxative and switch the doctored bottle with the attendant’s water bottle. Leave the area, and when you come back, the bungee jumping attendant should be gone (poor sap)
6. Use the gum on the coin slot of the binoculars. When you leave and come back, you will get a coin
7. Head back to the house and get the hangerand wrench
8. Use the hanger with the car to unlock it. Get the wheelchair from the trunk
9. Pick up the dead body inside the house and combine it with the wheelchairand sunglasses. Don’t forget to put the hanger back inside the wardrobe.
10. Go to the outside of Sky Tower and use the string and wrench with the balloons. Click the balloons to sneak the wrench up
11. Click the payphone. Use the coin on the coin slot. This is where you would call Lonely No More Hotline if you want to get the Looking for Love achievement here.
12. There was a phone number on the maintenance log inside the elevator. Call this number (395-2438) and tell Daisy that your name is Keyton Douglas
13. If you want to get the Memory Error achievement, you can do it now. Otherwise, use the code given by Daisy (9364) to access the maintenance level. Take the uniform from the hangers and head outside using the ladder
14. The balloons with the wrench should be there. Take the wrench and use it on the winch. Leave the wrench attached to the balloon.
15. Go to the observation level (keeping the uniform) and put the dead body on the harness. Click it once to push the dead body off

 

You can now safely leave the scene without failing.

How to not leave any evidence behind:

1. Go to the maintenance level and return the uniform
2. Go to the lobby and return the sunglasses to locker 14
3. Go back to the house and put back the laxative, string and wrench
4. Return the wheelchair to the trunk of the car outside the house

You should now get this achievement:

Splat

Complete the tower mission without leaving any evidence behind

Other achievements:

Drop the Kids off

Use the bathroom in Sky Tower

Gain access to the maintenance floor (by using code9364) and use the bathroom there. This must be done before giving the bungee jumping attendant the doctored water, because it will smell really bad after that

Memory Error

Forget the elevator passcode so many times that you fail the mission

Before entering the correct code for the maintenance floor, call Daisy 4 more times after getting the code. She will call the cops on you

Operation Wonderland

How to dispose the body:

1. Pick up all of the weightsoff the floor (there should be 5 in total) and take the blanket off the console
2. Head to the warehouse area where the body is, and pick up the pliers under the dumpster
3. Go right to the Bottle Toss stall and pick up the flyer. Talk to the attendant and you’ll find out that you can play for free. You can pick up a ball and throw it at the pins, but the game is rigged, so you cannot win that way. There are two achievements you can get here: Definition of Insanity and Collateral Damage
4. Go right and talk to Morkey the Rodent. Ask about the souvenir pins they’re selling, and they’ll give you one for free
5. Go into the unfinished ride and pick up the caulk and wool gloves
6. Head back to the warehouse and use the pliers on the souvenir pin to get a safety pin.
7. Use the safety pin on the warehouse door. You will have to pick it by pushing the pins inside the lock in the right order. Follow the order in the screenshot below:

 

• Inside the warehouse, take the empty oil can, bag of lye, and the red bucket
• Use the bucket on the spigotoutside of the warehouse to get bucket with water
• Go back to the unfinished ride and use thepliers on the barrel, then use the empty oil can on it.
• Head back to where Morkey the Rodent is, and use the full oil canon the metal ball (it’s on the front-most stanchion)
• Combine caulk with the wool gloves to create non-slip gloves, and use it on the metal ball to take it
• Go back inside the warehouse and dip the metal ball in paint to fool the attendant
• Go to the Bottle Toss stall and throw the metal ball at the pins. You will win the fake vomit
• Go to the front of the haunted house and use thefake vomit on the sickly tourist. He will throw up on the console and cause the ride to close early
• You can move the dead body now by using the cannon, but you have to figure out how much it weighs first. You can also get the Fire in the hole! achievement here. Take the dead body and put it on the seesaw inside the warehouse. Place the weights on the other side of the seesaw until it is balanced. Pick the dead body and weights up
• Go back out and put the dead body into the cannon. Turn the weigh setting to 75and push the red button. This should blast the body onto the mattress inside the unfinished ride
• Pick up the dead body and go inside the haunted house
• Pick up the witches; brew from the cauldron and put the dead body in there
• Pour in the bucket of water and mix it with lye

 

You can now safely leave the scene without failing.

How to not leave any evidence behind:

1. Put the witches’ brew back on top of the cauldron
2. Go to the unfinished ride and put back the caulk and non-slip gloves
3. Use the pliers on the barrelto lock it
4. Go to the Bottle Toss stall and get the painted metal ball
5. Go to the warehouse and use the spigot to wash the painted metal ball
6. Put the pliers on the ground outside the warehouse
7. Throw the flyers into the dumpster
8. Go into the warehouse and return the bucket, lye, and empty oil can
9. Go to the performance ring (near the cannon) and put the weights back, going from heaviest to lightest
10. Cover the console with the blanket
11. Put the metal ball back on the stanchions

You should now get this achievement:

Toil and Trouble

Complete the amusement park mission without leaving any evidence behind

Other achievements:

Collateral Damage

Knock down all of the prizes at the carnival game

Throw the orange balls at all of the prizes other than the fake vomit to knock them down

Definition of Insanity

Keep throwing balls at the carnival game pins

Throw the orange balls at the pins 10 times

Fire in a hole!

Launch the body from the cannon using each weight setting

You can do this before or after weighing the dead body on the seesaw. Make sure to skip the 75 kg mark and try everything else

Operation Countdown

How to dispose the body:

1. Take the raincoat, keys and hand pump
2. Go outside the building and use the keys on the garage door
3. Pick up the cone on the ground if you intend to get the Orange Herring achievement. Go into the garage and pick up theinflatable boat and chemical lights
4. Head to the construction site and pick up the ratchet strap on the first floor
5. Take the ladder from the second floor, steel rod from the fourth floor, and glue from the fifth floor
6. Go back to the first floor and use the elevator to get to the fifth floor. Put the sandbags on the elevator and head to the third floor
7. Use the ladder on the window to get back to the room and retrieve the dead body. Take the ladder back and use the elevator to go down to the ground floor (alley). Pick up the scissorson the ground
8. Use the steel rod on the sewer entrance to open it
9. Pick up the sandbags and go down the sewer entrance. Put the sandbags on the water to create a flood
10. Use scissors on the raincoat to get waterproof fabric and use glue on it.
11. Place the deflated boat on the water and put the glued fabric on it to seal the hole
12. Use the hand pump on the deflated boat to inflate it and put the dead body on it
13. Go back up, to the street, and to the city (on the left side of the street). Use the chemical lights on the sewer entrances to mark the way towards the rocketry club. You can use the solution below:

 

• Go back to the sewer near the apartment and use the lights to navigate to the rocketry club. Take the dead body and use the ladder to get in through the window
• Take the wrench and dolly on the floor
• Use the dolly with the rocketto take it
• Go outside through the door and put the rocket on the launchpad
• Use the ladder on the rocket to put the ratchet strap on it
• Put the dead body on the rocket
• We need more propellant, so head back to the apartment and go into the garage. Open the trunk of the sports car and use the wrench on the nitrous bottle
• Go back to the rocketry club and use the nitrous bottle on the rocket
• Use the button on the launch console to blast the dead body off into space!

 

You can now safely leave the scene without failing.

How to not leave any evidence behind:

1. Put the wrench and dolly on the floor inside the rocketry club
2. Pick up the ladder outside and go back to the apartment via the sewers
3. Pick up thesandbags and click on thepatch to remove it
4. Take the inflated boat and head back out of the sewers
5. Use the steel rod with the sewer entrance to close it
6. Head back to the city and use the steel rod on the sewer entrance outside the rocketry club to close it
7. Go back to the alley and put the scissors on the ground
8. Place the sandbags on the elevator and use it to get to the fifth floor. Put the sandbags and glue on the floor here
9. Take the elevator back to the first floor
10. Take the stairs to the second floor and place the ladder on the floor
11. Go to the fourth floor and put the steel rod there
12. Go to the garage and put the chemical lights and inflatable boat back. Close the trunk of the car
13. Use the keys to lock the garage door. If you took the cone, put it back here
14. Go into the apartment and return the keys and the hand pump
15. Combine the glued fabric with the raincoatand return it

You should now get this achievement:

Blastoff

Complete the rocket mission without leaving any evidence behind
