I couldn't find any good reference for passive skills until you find them in-game. I wanted to create a quick reference guide to anyone who wanted to do some pre-planning for late-game stat loadouts.
 

Are you looking for passive skills?

Passive Skills in Night of the Dead offer special bonus effects that can be unlocked by satisfying certain Stat and Coil requirements. To access this feature, you will need Armor, Coils and the Equipment Modification Workbench.
 
 
This Reference Guide contains only the Skills I have found. If you find more, please let me be aware. These values could change with future updates. I'll keep this updated if it changes.
 
 

 
 
 

The Guide

This will help you plan what you want to do as you build your character. Remember that higher-tier armor can give you large stat bonuses of at least +10. It is best to wait until you have a complete set of "Rare," armor before you dump your points.
 
 
Since levels 1 and 2 are only lesser versions, I decided to include the Level 3 Skill since you can extrapolate.
