1. Select Launch Options.
 
2. Enter “—launcher-skip” save the changes.
 
 
Longer method:
 
Open steam library.
 
Right click Myth of Empires, select Manage > Properties.
 
Select Browse Local Files
 
Navigate to:
 
\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Myth of Empires\MOE\Content\Movies
 
 
Delete the loadingscreen movie
