Introduction

THIS GUIDE IS INCOMPLETE AND WILL BE FINISHED IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS

So please be patient.
More information is on the way, along with Images and Gifs!

In this guide can find all knowledge of what items do, how to craft them, where to find stuff, what do they offer, their descriptions, powerups and tactics.

Basics

Gameplay

This game is a mix of Survival and Rogue-like Games.

In Rogue-likes you start your game in an RNG based level (or static level with RNG items) and have to either get to the end or as far as you can. If you die, you go back to the start. If you win, you go back to the start. That’s the simplest definition of Rogue-Like for ya!

In this game, you will gather resources and materials, craft and build like Survival Games. But you will you can only do this by day. Because as night, enemies spawn and attack indefinitely until dawn.

So you gather and craft by day and fight by night. Simple as that.

At first, you don’t have all the blueprints for crafting unlocked. But whatever new material you pickup, the Blueprints for that material are automatically unlocked for you.

There are four main resources you gather:

  • Wood
  • Rocks and Ores
  • Food

Wood

Wood is the need for creating most things.

Regular Wood
This is the basic wood you can find. Level 1 Wood. You can craft Wooden Axe and Pickaxe from this alone.
Where: From chopping down the brown, thin trees with fluffy leaves.
Required Tools: Nothing. You can chop down these trees with Rock or Wooden Axes.

This is made from rare drops. It requires a Hammer Shaft and Chunkium Ore. Both are dropped from the the Big Chunk boss. Although the Ore always drops, the Shaft has a small chance to drop.
You need to melt the Chunkium Ore to Bars to craft things with it.
Materials: Hammer Shaft + 15 Chunkium Bars
Crafting Station: Anvil
What Does it Do: No f*cking idea. I only found the shaft once before I got mauled the next day.

Weapons

There are two main weapons you use: Swords and Bows

Each, like everything else, has their own tiers. Let’s start with the Swords.

Swords

Steel Sword
Muck - FULL WIKI - EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW BONERS

Materials: x7 Iron bar + x5 Birch Wood
Crafting Station: Anvil

Materials: x5 Adamite Bar + x5 Oak Wood
Crafting Station: Anvil

Chunkium Sword
Materials: x5 Chunkium Bar + x5 Oak Wood (probably?)
Crafting Station: Anvil
it has the same stats as Adamite and is not stronger.

Chunkium Hammer
Materials: x10 Chunkium Bar + Hammer Shaft
Crafting Station: Anvil
This is the strongest weapon in the game, able to 1-hit most enemies. Has a damage output of around 100.
It’s hard to craft because both Hammer Shafts and Chunkium Ores only drop from buffed Big Chunks, and it’s not a 100% drop.
Credit for this info goes to FurryPaldin – Gadius. Thanks Gladius!

Bows

Bows let you attack from afar and kill those hard to reach. Great for handling Golems, the Big Chunk and the flying Dragons.

How to Use: To use Bows, you need to equip both your Bow and your arrows. If you don’t have arrows equipped, then you shoot nothing.
How do you equip arrows? Open your inventory (not in any station, but alone). Next to your Armor Slots, there is an Arrow Slot above the Shield Slot. Drag your arrows into that slot.
Now you can shoot with your bow!

All Bows are made from Wood plus a Rope. So we’ll only state the needed wood below.
Also to make rope, you need to find 5 Wheats, and craft them into 2 Ropes at the Workbench.

Rare Drops

I mentioned some of the rare drops before but here I’ll explain each one again:

Bones
These drop from the Goblins (green guys who throw bones). Though there’s only a slight chance for them to drop.
What can you do with them? I haven’t checked. I only got them once and didn’t have time to test it out.

Chunkium Ore
A rare Ore dropped only from the Big Chunk boss upon dying.
Can be melted into bars and used as an alternative to Adamite to make weapons, tools and armor.
Can also be used to craft Chunkium Hammer (with a Hammer Shaft).
Muck - FULL WIKI - EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW BONERS

It is the strongest weapon in the game, able to 1-hit most enemies. Has a damage output of around 100.

Hammer Shaft
Also drops from Big Chunk but only with a slight chance.
Used to make the Chunkium Hammer.

Electricity Ball
Drops from Lightning Dins (Daves).

Water Ball
Drops from the Blue Dinos (Blue Daves) that shoto projectiles.

  1. more info 1 mushroom soup is made with 1 mushroom and 1 bowl in a couldron 2 Flax fibers are made with 1 Flax at a fletching table 3 Wolf armor is made with Flax Fibers and Wolfskin whole set in total cost 45 Flax Fibers and 45 Wolfskin and gives ? defence (i forgot to check but i know its not that high) and full set gives 50% speed boost.

  2. I have more information 1 black chest CAN give high tier items (got enforcer 10 seconds into the game) 2 Spooo Bean = Hunger drains slower 3 Robin Hood Hat = Increased draw speed, arrows speed & damage 4 Juice = Get juiced up when landing a crit (meaning attack speed buff after a crit) 5 Enforcer Deal more damage when moving faster 6 Elemental arrows are made by 1 Elemental ball (can be anyone of them) and 1 Dark Oak wood at a Fletching table and you make 4 arrows of that element 7 Ancient Bow is made with 1 Ancient Bone and 1 Rope at a Fletching table and it shoots 3 arrows but it also uses arrows 3 times as quick 8 Gronks Sword is made with 1 Blade 10 Dark Oak wood 1 Sword Hilt at an Anvil

  3. So:
There are no chunkium tools (no axe, no pickaxe, no sword) – you can do only armor (same stats as adamantine) and hammer (the best weapon in game, even better than adamantine and that’s why chunkium is better than adamantine) using it.
Horse shoe not only increases crit chance but also drop chance and number of drops (I was getting 5-10 meat from one cow)
There are some power ups that you didn’t mentioned, for example lifesteal that gives health for each hit on enemy/resource
All power ups stack for example frog gives you +1 jump, not double jump. It means that each frog gives you +1 jump.
Sniper scope stacks but it’s stack gives you higher chance to deal insane damage, not increase that insane damage (I’ve dealt 95k)
Dagger made from wyvern claws is better than adamantine sword if my memory is good, but chunkium hammer is still better.
Elemental balls (fire, lightning and water) are rare but I don’t know what can you do with it.
    I think that’s all I know

    • Does piggy bank not increase the amount and chance for drops? cause i thought it gave more loot not only gold coins and i had better powerups from chest all around with piggy bank and i think i got more resources with piggybank. i played until day 38 had 16 piggy banks and 10 horse shoe also i personaly find wyvern dagger better cause it does more damage than adamantite and is faster than a normal sword whereas chonkium hammer does high damage but its slower than a sword and more like a pickaxe. also you should elemental balls are weapons i said that in my comment. ima check if what you said is true if horse shoe gives more meat which i doubt though.

  4. some information is wrong. 1 apple pie on apple picture 2 wooden chest can give low-high tier items even without piggy bank 3 blue chest medium-high no chance for low items 4 Claw is indeed dropped from flying draggons but they are called wyverns. now some extra information 1 chunkium hammer is a weapon with high damage (better than adamantite) 2 bone is a weapon thats probably comparable to a sword 3 wyvern dagger is a very fast (faster than sword) weapon that does more damage than a adamantite sword and attacks faster (debatable if its better than chonkium hammer but i think so, its also rarer than chonkium and a hammer shaft) 4 all the balls lightning, fire and water are all weapons but at the point you get them they are pretty useless they also drop from their respectively coloured dino and are pretty rare.
